My favorite pizza spot for lunch! I love the Automotive/Motor City Detroit theme. The food, music, atmosphere, and service are always great every visit. Having frequented Detroit, the pizza is legit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a couple of great slices. They keep me coming back!

We went for Friday night dinner and had a great time! The pizzas were fantastic. We had the baked artichoke, the herbivore pizza and the stooge pizza. It was great that we could make any pizza Detroit style.
The crust was perfectly crunchy and very flavorful.
As we were about to leave, they surprised with some complimentary brownie and ice cream which made our night extra special.
So glad to have this great pizza place in bee caves!

Service was amazing! Our waiter Cole at was very attentive, totally on top of things. Walked us through the rewards program and took great care of us! He and the rest of the team made a great first impression on us. We will definitely be back!

Food is ok but their service is terrible. Probably a reflection of how they treat their employees. At the take out counter we had a line of people eating to either pick up or order and the person at the register did not acknowledge us for over 2 minutes. When he finally did it was to tell us to go to the bar because he had clocked out. If the employee is clocked out why is he still behind the register? And why can’t he communicate. Overall pretty bad management and atmosphere. This was all at 8:06 and they close at 10:00 so there’s no excuse for this lack of customer service. Would not recommend.

Are we serious?

For a small pizza for nearly $20 getting this type of pizza I received is DIABOLICAL.

I ordered a large, but received this small pizza due to a miscommunication error. When I voiced this was supposed to be a large, the chef and the person who took the order looked at me with blank stares and offered no type of opportunity to fix the situation because they were about to close.

I didn’t check the pizza while I was there. I just trusted that it would be a good quality pizza for the price. I’ve also had Via in the past and I’m trying to give it one final try because I’m not really finding a pizza that I like there.

Also, I learned from calling and speaking to a host that they don’t put marinara on any of their pizzas except for the pizza called the marinara so that was the pizza that I ordered because they said that was the only way I can get marinara on the bottom of the cheese so I said OK fine I’ll order it that way… only for me to get this pizza pictured below. This pizza is completely disappointing. I expected a cheesy pizza with pepperoni, LARGE, with actual edges crisped like it was put in a deep dish.

I have been all around the USA and the World (yes Italy is included in that), and this is the NUMBER 1 Pizza Place by far in my opinion and the opinion of my parents, and everyone who tries this pizza after we tell them about it. This location is the closest one to me hence why my review is here. I have been to the other locations and Austin and the Food Quality is the exact same… It’s awesome!! However… the service and the atmosphere of this location isn’t great, and to be honest it’s not even good. It’s just not… like at all.

The dining room is very closed off, and employees are almost always very very spacey, like so spacey you have to wonder if they are all high like all of the time. While that may seem somewhat normal for a pizza place (Yes I have had pizza in Colorado and other mountain towns) it’s not to this level, and it reflects badly on the restaurant as a whole. They seem nice, but to get anything done takes way longer than it should. They leave guests waiting while they talk amongst themselves, and due to how closed off the front of the restaurant is there is no way they can properly communicate with the front of house. Hence why I have almost always just opted for takeout I’ve eaten inside twice, and service was just abysmal at best even when your the only one in there it’s slow.

Enough about the service, and atmosphere though… The pizza is quite literally incredible PERIOD, and deserves all of the stars in this review!!

I’m a thin crust guy personally so I really only get the bar style pizzas but the Detroit Style Crust is my parents go to.

My Top Pizzas:
The Supreme – (Add Natural Casing Pepperoni) It’s got all the veggies you want and sausage, and bacon, but you need that natural casing pepperoni it’s incredible!!

The Temptation – For you meat only eaters it rocks!

Dad’s Favorite – Omnivore Detroit Style (thick crust)

Mom’s Favorite – Herbivore (she’s a vegetarian) Detroit Style (thick crust).

Top Tips: Do yourself a big favor and go and pick up some organic basil from HEB before hand and use it liberally, I know I do. Also parmesan and red pepper flakes for the win don’t forget to ask for them at Via 313. Also… want more than one pizza? Get the Half and Half (1/2 & 1/2) choose your favorite or the 2 that you want to try and you’ll get three bar style slices of each… awesome!! It’s also great to reheat either in the microwave, air fryer, or oven!!

I will be back despite the service, which should tell you everything you need to know about the quality of the food here, if this location could just fix the service I would have no problems changing this review to five stars… but for now on my blog it’s definitely got the number one spot on my top ten pizza places in the world! But will it take up a page in the DD Travel Book? Only time will tell. Peace!!

As someone who doesn’t love pizza, I tried via 313 for the first time last week and loved it so much we came back today. Ordered the house salad and omnivore pizza. It was very good. The sauce on top was not as warm compared to our first time and we let waiter know and the general manager brought us a warm brownie desert which was amazing. I am now a pizza convert. Via313 now my favorite pizza in Bee Cave.

Had this pizza once and now it’s a must whenever I visit Austin, Texas. I get the Detroiter which is a obviously a Detroit-style pizza that has pepperoni both under and on the cheese. The crust is the best part of this pizza. It’s done just right. It’s so crispy and crunchy. Had a side of ranch to dip the pizza in but it’s not even necessary because the pizza is so good! Makes me want to try the other food but it will be hard to not get pizza.
Our server was great and accommodating. Please open a location on the east coast

Delicious pizza the family can enjoy! We got half Detroiter and half Cadillac. It was a perfect blend of salty and savory. I love this style of pizza too, highly recommend!

I’ve long been a huge Via fan. Sitting here today waiting on a to go order and it’s complete cluster. Bartender is very nice guy but B- at best. Just needs training – 4 people at bar and 3 tables (and making drinks for other tables). Way too much. Manager sitting in office with closed door the entire time.

Restaurants are really tough. I get it. And I have immense respect for operators and staff. Manager failure. Big time. When it gets overwhelming managers can be a release valve. Not this guy.

UPDATE: Got home and they messed up the order. Literally ordered 2 different small pizzas. Both the same pizza. Ugh.
