Came here with the wife and Kids 04/19/2022. I was born and raised in New York. The pizza here is outstanding. The male who took our order was nice, and the female who brought us our pizza was super nice. We got the new “hot honey pizza” love it! The kids got cheese, and killed it. Nice little family spot. I’ve never had an experience quite like ‘Your Pie.’
Of course I’ve done ‘build your own’ entrees, but they have always ended in the ‘well, this wasn’t as good as I’d hoped,’ blues.
Not so at ‘Your Pie!’
I was able to choose my own crust (to include gluten-free), sauce, & toppings. Numerous meat selections & TONS of veggies & cheeses. Even VEGAN CHEESE!
I found myself saying things like, ‘please don’t let this flame out.’ ‘please keep up this quality & this service.’ I never eat out, as a rule, but I could see that shifting!
OH! Not certain on protocol on this, but…
I am FANATICAL about customer service. This one unbelievably kind & attentive gal made sure we had everything we needed, to include the take away boxes…then explained where they typically stayed & so on…because of her ‘above & beyond’ attitude, I tipped her & told her what a great job she’d done. She appeared genuinely surprised & very appreciative.
The unbelievably delicious food & the Customer Service will keep me coming back!

Pizza was fresh, got what I wanted on it, and tasted good.I think it could have been cooked a little longer, the middle was very thin and soggy when it was served. It made the toppings too heavy to pick up a piece without falling apart. In my opinion, it’s a little pricey for what you get. $26.00 for 2 small pizzas, a drink and a brownie or gelato.

Always excellent. Been here several times now, great products, delicious food, clean environment and a good selection. A bit steep in regard to price and sometimes service is slow due to congestion or generally being understaffed but overall it’s a good experience.
Update…I got not only a ValPak coupon for $3.14 pizzas all day November 2, 2018 but there is a chalkboard in the restaurant advertising $3.14 pizzas 2 to 4 PM Monday through Friday. We went in on today, Friday, November 2nd at 2:53 PM and our meal for 3 was $42. When my wife asked about the amount she was advised that $3.14 didnt apply yet despite the ads. We got adult combos and the gelato we generally get with combos is one scoop they provided one small scoop. The food was excellent as usual but this lent an untrustworthiness to the exchange and the establishment. We questioned the issues but there was no remedy offered. Despite the good food we likely will not return.

Was in the mood for a lighter dinner, glass of wine and a sunset on the patio. ..I got all that at Your Pie!!! 🙂
My only two concerns were patio tables were not set with any napkins or condiments and the two “younger” employees were unfamiliar with your wine selection and didn’t know how to answer my question when I asked about “red” options.
I’ll be back again soon! !!!

As Chicago natives we can be pizza snobs. This place lived up to our expectations. Great toppings. The sausage is not sliced but crumbled. The sauce has just the right amount of spice. Excellent crust. We have found our pizza place at last.

Customer service is very friendly. I was just disappointed when I opened the 10 inch boxes to find that the pizzas were barely over half the size of each box. I paid for 10 inch pizzas, but they were only about 7 inches.
UPDATE: My husband and I went back to use the free coupons “Jeff” left for me. As before, customer service is excellent, very friendly. The pizzas are deliscious! We ate inside this time, and decided to upgrade to include salads and drinks. The salads were fresh, and very good. Thank you, Jeff and to your staff. We will be back!
