I’m updating my previous 5-star review because this location has really struggled with order accuracy lately. A few visits ago, an entire entree was missing from my takeout order, which we didn’t realize until we got home.
Now, we try to double-check everything before leaving, which presents its own challenge since they tie the pickup bags so tightly. On our last visit, they gave us a small appetizer instead of the large one we paid for. When I pointed it out, I had to wait for the correct size to be cooked. This isn’t ideal, as the rest of our food was sitting there getting cold while we waited for the fix. They clearly need to work on their quality control and order verification.

The newly opened Panda Express is off to a strong start. Despite a long line, the wait was surprisingly manageable thanks to a well-staffed team keeping things moving efficiently. Portions were generous, all menu items were available, and the food delivered on flavor. A smooth and satisfying experience overall—kudos to the team for a successful launch!

I got the bigger plate with crispy sesame beef & shrimp, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. They packed the Beijing beef in a separate box, but they completely forgot the crispy sesame beef & shrimp, the dish I was most looking forward to. That section of the container was literally empty. The rest of the meal was actually pretty good despite that.

It’s Panda Express, so I came in with low expectations after they built a new one in Brunswick. The food tasted on the better end of the many Pandas I’ve been to and I was given a large amount of it which was awesome. As with all Pandas, I didn’t feel so great after eating it, but that’s cheap Asian food for ya. The food is a very good value as I fed 2 adults and 2 kids for only $35. Brand new restaurant meant the inside was very nice and clean, but pretty poorly designed. There’s no room for a line to form and the eating area is very small. While I was there, half the room was filled with people waiting for their pickups. And although the lady who helped me was very nice and helpful, in-store service was SLOW. I mean, I walked in with 2 people ahead of me which usually for a Panda means I get my food and am I within 10 minutes or less. It took me about 25 minutes because the staff was focused on fulfilling drive thru and online pickups first. By far the slowest Panda I’ve eaten at.
So, if you want good tasting, cheap Asian food, it’s the place to go to, but I don’t recommend dining in or getting takeout. Order an online pickup or go through the drive-thru.

Our first visit. My wife got the fried rice with honey chicken. The fried rice was bland and need some teriyaki sauce but the honey chicken was delicious. I had the chow mein with the orange chicken. Loved them both. Wish they offered hot tea. Food appears to be fresh. Very clean.

Super busy, very impressed with how fast they dish food out. Food was delish, fed our family of 6! Walnut shrimp is my favorite and it was delish but a hard shell was in it. It happens not biggie.
Really hope they stay delish because this is a great addition to brunswick.

Terrible food, even for the price. Everything is clearly sent in frozen. All of the sauces taste alike – overly sweet and no freshness. This is the epitome of bad American Chinese food. Even the worst local Chinese takeout place is better.
Also, half of our meal was missing from our takeout bag. Be sure to check your food before you leave.
The dining room is surprisingly small for the size of the building. The food ordering line starts at the door, so there is a traffic jam of people when you walk in. Terrible design. Overall a big disappointment.

Thank you to Cam for having great customer service! I haven’t even tasted my food yet and had to write this review. Night and day customer experience from how Avon was a couple years ago. (Haven’t been to Avon recently).

Very disappointed with their food. First off they dont have a good variety for Chinese food. No soap, no dumplings etc… and their rangoo is just cream cheese and so small. Noodles and egg rolls have hardly any flavor.

I had a long wait in the drive thru as the car in front of me ordered something that took awhile. My food was good but I would probably ask for more sauce next time. It’s a great value and you get a lot!
