This place was excellent and added to the nice evening we were having. Got out of a Christmas concert and we pulled up at 9:55. They were cleaning up and no one was there so I asked if we were too late and should go. Manager said no come in and enjoy. They treated us great, food was top notch, and they gave us some extra fries as it was end of day. Great attitude. Will return

First off, the young lady taking orders was doing something else when we walked up, but she dropped what she was doing to take our order. The double bacon cheeseburger was great, and the Cajun fries added a nice spicy touch to the meal. Plus, you always get an abundance of fries. I see where other reviews refer to the prices, and it is a little pricey, but still good food to treat yourself with once in a while. I have also spent near the same amount at other famous burger joints.

Unbelievable, I paid $28 for a small shake, regular burger, and small fries. They changed their fries, the burger was wrapped in foil which appeared to create so much moisture that when I got home to unwrap and eat it the top bun was wet and it all fell apart. The guy at the counter taking orders was acting strange and no customer service at all from anyone there. The chocolate shake was good. But the overall experience was just too much too bad and add the high price on top of that! No way! The prices reflect good organic food but I didn’t see that anywhere. When you charge that much you Have to give good service with natrual and organic food that is edible and enjoyable.

Been to Five Guys a few times. Giving it 3 stars bc the fries were not good at all.. very grease burnt & were kinda hard to bite into.. the burger was pretty good tho (all I got was a plain cheeseburger, fries, & a regular drink) but it was not worth $24. Probably won’t be back to Five Guys again, given the food is just too expensive for what I’m getting.. & the fries always come out grease burnt & im left disappointed every time cause fries are literally one of my favorite foods!!

It was fine, no issues. Be aware if you’re at the nearby shopping center at the Crossings, the GPS went a little nuts. Just drive down to Target and as Target is on your right, simply keep driving and curving around the parking lot to the left. You’ll drive past the back of a few business and it brings you to the street. Just turn right, go half a block and Five Guys entrance is on the left, shortly before you get to a traffic light intersection.

I went there today and ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries. All the burgers were not made correctly. They messed up the toppings on all of them, and the fries were undercooked and soggy. Do better Five Guys!

Workers here are awesome and upbeat. Food was typical for the chain, great place for a quick bite

Five stars is for the food. We only get 30 minutes for lunch. We can’t order from here because of the wait on fries is the excuse the workers always give yet my food sits in the bag two minutes before I asked who it’s for. No urgency for those that are on lunch break. Missing a lot of GM supplier money due to this issue. The food is great though. Just wish we could eat here more than we get to. Was told order would be ready at 11:12 it was yet wasn’t handed to me until 11:15 on 30 minutes lunc those two minutes mean a lot.

Food was fresh, fries were good, service was friendly. $65 for 3 cheeseburger combos small fry and large drinks…. ??
My grandfather used to have a saying for that. He used to say ‘do you feel that lump on the back of your head? That happens when you get robbed’.
At $40 that’s a stretch for me to return, under $40 I’m there often. At $65? You can put my picture on the fry bag as a missing person.
Sorry Five Guys, that’s not a $65 meal.

Good burger & fries if a bit expensive. Staff is a little heavy handed w/ the salt. Seating is tight for the amount of business this location pulls but it should settle down over time. Coke Freestyle machines are always a plus
