The place is located off the highway so great location and it has lots of parking. The restaurant is beautiful and smells really good its clean and as soon as you walk in youre greeted by the server a little Spanish woman who read me the menu. The food looks good but it was very expensive. They have combo deals but it doesnt seem like a discount. Portions are small and everything is the same size but different prices. They have clean bathrooms and seating indoors. A lot of dessert options the carrot cake was really good but very small slice. Oxtail was sweet and curry goat was good too.

Hibiscus has catered my last two holiday gatherings, and they never disappoint. This year, Thanksgiving was made extra special by Hibiscus’ delicious soup, oxtail, curry vegetables and rum-infused bread pudding. My family is Jamaican, and trust me, this is authentic Jamaican with an elevated touch. Everyone at our Thanksgiving dinner made sure to bring leftovers home with them! Lol. Karlene, the owner, is wonderful, and very accommodating to your individual catering needs. We will continue to order from Hibiscus for our family events.

No idea how this currently has a 4.2 star rated. Place now I’ve stopped by for lunch and they do not have oxtail or curried goat available, leaving you with chicken options ribs or fish. I tried the curry chicken and what they told me was jerked chicken. Both chickens were very tender however horrible tasting. The curry chicken was bland and the jerk chicken resembled nothing like a jerk chicken. No flavors for prominent just a bland brown black looking chicken it was gooey. Like a stew. Sure they’re rice was good and of course beef patties are simply frozen food and warmed up. But that’s not what I consider why you get Jamaican food. I am Italian, and I make better oxtail, amazing jerked chicken that has prominent flavors. I threw out most of the lunch. They gave me a hard time with the coupon purchased on clip. Totally I have to spend $30 even though I was eating there. Only need to spend $20. They then told me they couldn’t bring it up because of this. I said it sounds like their problem not mine. They eventually gave me a combo meal with a soda for $21. Thank goodness I only paid $7 for this coupon. I’m sorry, I don’t normally submit bad reviews, but this will be the last time trying them. Golf place next door told me they were leaving soon anyway.

Good selection of Caribbean food. Not too familiar with what everything is but I grabbed some takeout. I tried Jerk chicken with Rice and veggies and a Rasta Pasta. Both had good flavors , tender chicken and lots of spice. Friendly fast service. A few tables inside to eat. I would try a few different thongs next time.

Food is good. For a Caribbean food around the area is fantastic. But I observed many roaches crawling around the food. Even on the serving table with food their. Excellent food but the problem needs to be taken care of.

If you come late in the day, it looks like an abandoned restaurant. When my family first pulled up, it looked like it was closed and we would have turned around if it wasn’t for that SMALL DIM open sign.
The service was okay, but it seems like there was a very small selection and lonely atmosphere all together. It doesn’t seem to get alot of business and I now know why…the food.
I had the Chili salmon. I had the last piece apparently and it was okay…but the rice was wierd and had an awful after taste. But the salmon was okay. The rice and beans were okay and the ox tail was okay.
I wouldn’t come back but I don’t regret trying something new.

Great Change of Pace to the area. Where else are you going to get authentic Jamaican Food? This place was fantastic and a great find. A little pricy for the combos, but its is well worth it in the quality that they deliver. My BBQ Ribs platter was $15.95 with white rice and green beans. The Ribs were excellent and pulled right of tge bone. The sauce was great and worked well with the rice and green beans. First time there and I asked questions, but it was hard to hear as the music was really loud at the time. But I made a solid choice. The place was clean and people were nice. Wish them great success at this location. I am now a customer and will go back soon to try more of their menu. Great Job.

Amazing little spot, incredible food, lovely people. They make food in a way that makes you feel like you came home to see family. Undeniable flavor in the food, quick service, large portions and amazing selection. Karlene took care of us and gave us the best suggestions and service possible. She is truly a gem and this restaurant is waiting to be discovered by more people! 10/10 can’t wait to get back!

Stopped by during finals week for a snacks. Ended up with a beef patty and a chicken patty. Was a little bit disappointed because according to ccm they offer students a 10% discount which wasn’t honored. Beef and chicken patty was good though. Crust is super flaky and almost explodes as soon as you bite into it. Surprising enjoyed the chicken one more than the beef. They had trays of these coming out when I got there which is a good sign.

Where to start? I’ve been hoping to visit this restaurant for a while. I had ordered through Doordash not long ago and decided that if delivery was great going to the restaurant would not disappoint. We finally went as a family today, a Friday in October. From the first moment we were greeted kindly. We had two appetizers and four different main courses. Everything was so homey and delicious, not one single thing was just OK. Food tasted fresh and came out fast. Before I forget, they gifted us with these beautiful small breads called Festivals and I swear they are little pieces of doughy heaven. The oxtails, the jerk chicken, the roti. I also think you need to try their bread pudding. Nice and warm and nothing like what you get anywhere else. The night was already perfect but they also had a world class trumpet player live. The vibe was just perfect. Even my kids (11/14) commented on what a perfect evening it was. We will be regulars, I’m sure. Check them out for take out during the week or to dine in I believe on weekends.
