Ordered to my hotel last night. Contactless just asked to knock and leave on floor. After showed delivered I called because it wasn’t here and never got a knock. They swore up and down it came. I suggested probably wrong hotel since th Hampton is next door. Nah kid still swore up and down. They brought new order and I still tried to tip a 2nd time(cash this time) and same driver acted like I was stupid and swore he delivered correctly “it got stolen”.
I get a call an hour later from the Hampton next door that he delivered there not here.
Show some integrity and admit when there’s a mistake, not lie to my face like I’m stupid after realizing yeah you made a mistake. Stuff happens. Build some character kid.

Literally ordered a pizza online and it took over 40 min. When I arrived I went in because it said 12-17 minutes still.. and tracking was showing it was being prepared not even baked yet. They told me 5 more minutes. I waited, they tried to give me 1 pizza. I told them I had 2 medium pizzas and 2 sides. He then took it back, several minutes passed and another worker came in the building. That worker then tried to hand me the same pizza. I told him the same thing. The lady making the pizza was talking on her cell phone the whole time. Maybe if she was actually doing her job things wouldn’t of been so complicated. That was my first time going there and will be the last. I’ll stick with Papa John’s. Horrible experience.

It was really good. The only thing is the poor lady was in-store by herself and working nonstop. They didn’t schedule enough employees for the shift and that’s not fair to her or the driver. If you expect them to work as if they are multiple employees then they should be getting multiple employees pay!!
This is something I had them create for me I call it the SAM’CINNAMON it’s a dessert pizza and it’s crazy good!! I 100% ask for it but name you can’t go wrong with this dessert choice. It’s so good it would quickly become a family favorite!! This was a large SAM’CINNAMON dessert pizza and it was enough for a family of 5. Just make sure you have your milk ready…..mmmmm mmmmm… GREAT!!!!

They continue to be the best dominos ive ever ordered from. Always positive. And professional and always smiling. Just the app ask to many questions after i hot check out! My phone is slow so it can take up to 25 minutes to make a order. I would like to kust call to place a order instead!

I love Dominos and never leave a bad review, but I couldn’t help it after at least 5 messed up orders and I order from here at least twice a month. Lately the food had been horrible. A week ago my pizza had zero sauce on it and was so dry. Figured it was an honest mistake and let it go. Last night I ordered my usual it’s always the same, a large thin crust. When I got home it was a regular crust cut as a thin crust. I love pizza but because of digestive issues I have to eat thin crust. I will say the staff is always nice when you walk in. Maybe they need more help, or their out of stuff, but I won’t be ordering from there again.

I called in my small sausage pizza they said a 20 to 30 min wait. Perfect. I pick up other food from Cluckers which was a big order head to Dominos they said not ready it’s in the oven 7 min. Ok I’m a little frustrated since it’s been 35 min but ok. Wait in my car for 8 min go back and check, nope still not ready. They told me 10 more min getting a little mad the same as the other 4 people who waited a hour already. 10 min passed still not ready they say getting out of oven. Hmmm after a hour waiting inside with my name saying 1 min they decide to tell me they have not even made the pizza or started it. Almost 2 hours of my day gone because these employees can’t be honest with their customers. If it’s a 2 hr wait then say it. Today you all lost a minimum of 12 customers. Never again dominoes it’s sad when McDonalds is faster than you all plus they apologized for making me wait 2 min where domino employees argued and made excuse

Update: Customer Care contacted me and said they are taking care of the issue at this facility and will recompense my family.
We went to Domino’s in Corydon, IN. Everything was fine until we pulled a couple of hairs out of one of the cheese pizzas. Since there was a guarantee on the box – and common knowledge says hair isn’t a pizza ingredient – we took it back into the store uneaten, in the original packaging, and with the receipt and asked for an exchange or refund. The server, who I’m guessing was also the manager, said “I don’t care. I’m not refunding or remaking it.” He also said that he didn’t see any hairs (of course not, we’d pulled them off in disgust), but it didn’t matter anyway because their store isn’t a participant in the satisfaction guarantee. Good to know. My Mom was talking to him – he said “I don’t know who you are; I’ve never seen you before”. I said, “I ordered the pizzas, do you know who I am?” No response. So I asked, “Are you calling us liars?” No response. He just repeated “I don’t care. I’m not refunding or remaking it.” Since we were getting nowhere and becoming angry we left the store and the pizza. Thanks for not caring Domino’s, you made my day. I hope others have a better experience. I’m not risking it again.
