I tried multiple times to contact the store directly, but it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. I then contacted customer service and waited on hold for 17 minutes while they attempted to reach the store. Unfortunately, they hang up the phone on me without any resolution.

When my family and I ate the pizza, it had a strong chemical taste. This type of taste is often associated with over-fermented dough (which can smell or taste yeasty or alcoholic), issues with old or improperly stored sauce, or possible contamination or sanitation problems. Because of this, we were unable to enjoy the meal and had concerns about food safety.

Overall, the lack of communication and the quality issue made this a very disappointing experience.

I should have checked the reviews! We ordered online! Pulled up a lil early and waited! A few minutes later I noticed a voicemail from a Florida number! Lil Cesar! The message wasn’t clear so I called and they said they had to make it fresh and my order is going to be extra long! The hadn’t even started making it yet! She said it just popped up but I had a voicemail several minutes prior! I checked the message again. They asked me to cancel my order because they didn’t have enough ingredients! Two different stories from two different employees! Absurd! After an 18 hr drive with my family and small grand babies, we were exhausted and just wanted to order online, pick up and go! But here we sit parking lot pimping for and extra 20-25 after I got them on the phone! Btw they weren’t even busy is the saddest part! 1 car and no one in the drive thru! 25 min later we decided to go to the drive thru even though we hadn’t gotten notified to! At this time I had to pee! Finally, our food was done so I asked if the bathroom was open and was told it was! However, when I went inside a different employee refuse to let me use it because of the smell of bleach! I tried explain the situation and he proceeded to say they didn’t want to make the order cause it was a lot of food! My bladder isn’t happy and neither am I!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Little Caesars since they opened, and it has always been my go-to pizza spot, just down the street from my house. However, in the past few visits, the quality seems to have significantly declined, and it’s been consistently disappointing. I’ve never been one to judge based on just one bad visit, but this has become a recurring issue.

We recently decided to switch things up with our order, thinking that maybe a change in pizza would bring a better outcome, but unfortunately, the same issue persisted. We ordered a sausage pizza, and to our surprise, there was barely any sausage on it. It’s disheartening because this used to be one of our favorite places to go, and we were excited to enjoy something new, but the lack of attention to quality is starting to affect our overall experience.

I feel it’s now necessary to check the pizzas before leaving, which wasn’t something we ever had to do before. I hope this feedback encourages them to improve the consistency and quality that originally made this location our favorite.

I honestly think that the people that work in this establishment just work for a check!!. they don’t cook the pizza all the way they also gave my order incomplete and when the receipt was showed they gave me a pizza that I did not order the pizzas weren’t even sliced they were very spongy this isn’t the first time this has happened but imagine coming out of work after a long day and you can’t even get a decent pizza because people don’t want to their jobs

Ordered as a walk-in at 10:09pm. Ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread. The crazy bread was extremely fresh and tasty, the pizza was the most stale, sat out, crusted pizza I have ever received. Pizza was time stamped 8:22pm- The pizza was labeled under “Brandon” which was not us. The equivalent would be if you overcooked it in the microwave. Called the store and spoke to Jacob. He said he could remake it but did not offer a refund or a point of contact for the GM because that is “personal”. Would not suggest coming to this location. It might be hot and ready, but that was 2 hours ago.

I ordered tonight from this location and they have a whole bunch of lazy workers, I ordered 1 stuffed crazy bread and the 4 cheese crazy puffs, they had the nerve to give me 2 bags of regular crazy bread which is no where near the * stuffed* they just didn’t wanna make it and be lazy and think I was gonna be ok with 2 bags of crazy bread no thanks! This location and these people need to do better! 0 star if I could

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to give customer service. They hear the door bell and completely ignore the customers. Full lobby and they give you a nasty attitude to cap it off. I yeah no cash service. I should have gone to Domino’s.

Other times they do very well, but just had a time consuming experience where they were slow at approaching the register a left a few customers waiting. i ordered a classic hot and ready, and it was lazily cut. The pizza was hard to separate slices and eventually tore up and the cut lines were way off. The pictures show the pizza was barely cut through, this is very important for the customer as the customer shouldn’t have to “rip” up their pizza to consume.

Order my food in app and when went to pick up was disappointed with paying extra money for extra most bestest, that didn’t have extra sausage. The supervisor refused to give her name told me that she put correct portion. Explained it’s not extra sausage asked to be remade. She told me she have to recharge me. I told her that’s why I paid for extra and to remake or give me refund. She had horrible customer service and I told her that I order regular topping pizza and extra most for years.
She told me they make better next time because if she remade my pizza what would she tell her employees. I told her look at pizza that’s not extra sausage. I told her to give me a refund. She asked me again if I wanted her to remake it or refund. I told her I just make complaint because I didn’t like how she handled situation. I will never go to that location again. I been little Cesear customer for years. Never have that type of experience.
