Kiko Japan Express always delivers quality food. Their portion sizes are more than enough, the flavors are absolutely amazing on every meal, and they’re consistent on every visit. My wife and I frequent this location and we love it more than Chinese food locations in the greater Raleigh area. Pro tip: Try to order your food out of the takeout containers because when dining in, the plates can barely hold all of the food. Also, you have to try the Chicken Hibachi. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The food was good and flavorful. I got the chicken hibachi, and my husband got the steak hibachi. We also got an order of fried dumplings. The chicken was good, and so was the steak. They gave you a good amount of vegetables and rice. The dumplings were nice and crispy and not soggy. We also tried their finger sauce, which was really good. Overall, we would go back.

Great customer service. Owners speak both English and Spanish. Ordered Chicken Fried Rice, not the presentation I was expecting but it tasted good. White sauce has a different consistency, but really good plus they don’t charge if you ask for an extra one.

Really nice quality for the price. I liked everything I tried off of their sushi menu. The lobby was very clean. If I worked in the area, this would be my go to sushi lunch spot.

The service was ok and I appreciate that they have certain sauces in the front of the restaurant instead of asking them. They will give you a lot of onions with the meal though and it’s not like cooked at all to be honest but for something quick and easy… The place to go. Not too sure if I would make another visit mainly because I feel as if I could do better for the price.

Food is overpriced, staff were rude, and it’s just not good hibachi. They drown it in so much soy sauce (which I didn’t think was possible for hibachi) that everything on the plate tastes the same. Your rice, meat, and vegetables will all give you the experience of soy sauce with varying textures. You can definitely make better hibachi at home for less, and you’d probably save time too unless it is more convenient to get here for you.

Not so great experience. Food was not that tasty and spring roles were so oily. There’s nothing apart from little chicken pieces in chicken fried rice.

We were surprised about our visit. First time coming here after a Dr’s visit in the area. The food is made to order, fresh, hot and delicious. We had ordered the Appetizers, Hibachi, and the Yaki Soba entrees. Free refills on the Pepsi products. We enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend you give it a try.

I don’t know why this is any less than 5 stars. Best Hibachi shrimp I’ve ever tasted. Oh, and huge portions.

Second time I have tried this location and again extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the food and service. This time I was charged for something I didn’t ask for and to my best guess from placing the order on the phone it was language barrier related but picking up the order they would not excuse the charge. The order was for someone else to share so I weighed options of just leaving it since being charged almost $20 for one plate of food which as we all discovered was flavor lacking and not the amount of food we understood was paid for. I believe in second chances and well they sealed this decision of no third chance for sure. My opinion this is not a place you want to visit.
