Came in and ordered a couple sandwiches. We were told it would be a ten minute wait. No problem. The man who took our order was so nice and friendly. After we sat down, there was a lunch rush and many guests coming in to order, as well as lots of pick up orders I noticed. We didn’t want to rush them or pester about our order as they were very busy. After thirty minutes we finally asked about our order and it had been sitting on the back counter almost the entire time. Other in house guests were having their names called for their order. Not ours though. Staff was very friendly but this experience is not worth the $40 I paid.

Beautiful building but inside is complete disaster…people waiting 25 minutes for their order…I ordered and people that ordered after me got served before me…I was very happy with my Bobbie sandwich…but place needs better help!

They have good sandwiches, a little on the expensive side. They’re never busy and I’m surprised they haven’t closed down. Could tell the server was a little upset I didn’t tip on a takeout order and she kind pushed my sandwich at me.

I love this place! This has become my favorite sandwich shop. The food is always spot on, everyone is pretty cool, weather we are dining in or carrying out the atmosphere is pretty chill. Keep up the good work everyone!

I’ve had some really good success ordering the meatball sandwich here multiple times I usually get a medium with all the toppings usually extra cheese every time the meatballs have been very good big delicious the last time I went there which is a week ago i arrived my sandwich wasn’t ready nobody told me anything why it wasn’t ready which was weird cuz I showed up after it was supposed to be ready in the place was dead then it takes him about almost 10 minutes to get my sandwich ready and then she said something like oh we ran out of Meatballs so I was like okay not a big deal sandwich felt normal got home the meatballs were probably Frozen cuz they were cold and they weren’t very big I had to literally put the sandwich in my oven for about 15 minutes before I even got to temperature so I was asked to review my food so I did then I was contacted by the manager who said he would make it up and contact the staff and then nothing ever happened i wasn’t going to write this review if they did it but they didn’t and I’m not happy cuz it’s been almost $20 on my sandwich and it was cold and I had to heat it up and that’s not the kind of experience I want when I go to get a sandwich especially when you had the opportunity to make it up and they didn’t

I don’t know what happened – place used to be pretty good! Decent sized sandwich, seemed fresh, tasted good.
Last time there ordered a cheese steak with extra meat, extra cheese, hot and sweet peppers, and what I got seemed to have even less than a sandwich without the extras would have, no peppers, bread and meat seemed old.
Contacted customer service and they never responded. I hope this location gets their act together….it use to be my favorite place in town.

This was my 1st and last visit to the carson city location It took 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches with only 3 people in front if me they got thier order within 10 minutes …..I got the Bobbie and the little bit of turkey that was on the sandwich was so dried out and stringy it could not be chewed.
If i could give no stars I would have. Very disappointed have been to other locations that had good food.
