Just discovered this hidden gem and what an amazing place. The food was delicious and Luis provided outstanding service! One of the best ribeyes that I’ve had in the valley. Plus they offer brunch on Sunday’s. Definitely put this on your list of restaurants to try.

This place is way too hyped up. For starters the waitress was very dull never checked on us. We had to call her and it wasn’t even busy, we at one point we were the only people in thw restaurant. The other waiter would check on the other tables but not our waiter. Then there’s the food. SALTY I don’t mind expensive if the food is good which is what I had in mind prior to my visit. But the ribeye, sliders and enchiladas were sooo salty. Yes, we ate the mayority of the food since we were starving and we are still paying for it lol . But omg the salty and no customer service friendly just not the experience I expected to have.

We first tried them at a food truck in the Tres Lagos area. Today we made it to the restaurant. Wow!!! Cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was amazing. Service was superb, food was excellent! Highly recommend!!!

Prado’s Steaks is a beautiful and classy place for steak lovers! The exterior looks elegant with a glowing bull logo and warm lights that make it stand out at night. Inside, the atmosphere feels cozy and upscale, with stylish décor, chandeliers, and artwork that create a perfect dining vibe.

I called two different times to ask different questions about the Mother’s Day brunch and the gentleman never mentioned that I needed a reservation. This was the first time trying this steak restaurant. When we arrived we were told about needing a reservation and the wait was 30 minutes. We waited a little less and were excited but I made the mistake of only relying on Google Map reviews, which I don’t understand how people could rate this restaurant so high! The food was good but good luck waiting on your food to arrive in a timely manner. Especially when you have two of the four plates arriving, we were done eating and then the other two plates finally arrived. The service was horrible! Half of the stuff ordered was either incorrect or missing. They also had false advertisement for free Mimosas on Mother’s Day, we asked for one, the waiter said he would bring them and we never got them. The server was horrendous and very disorganized didn’t know how to keep up with all his tables. But at the end he apologized for his mistakes and stated he would give us a discount; it was $6! The girl server also couldn’t keep it straight; other tables were getting chips and cups of beans; we were lucky to get the chips. The ambience was rustic and fine; however the acoustics in the restaurant was horrible because you were unable to hear one another. We will never return! Please know that I usually try to be positive in writing reviews; however this was awful!

The food is absolutely amazing ,and so flavorful . We try something new every anniversary and this did not disappoint. The beans and chips came out first with our drinks & both were so delicious! We then ordered the corn ribs for an appetizer ,must try. Our steak was cooked exactly how we ordered, and it cut like butter. Packed with flavor. We ordered plenty of different sides to try and personally my favorites were the mushrooms and macaroni . There’s so many to choose from. Service was exceptional.

Place is nice and classy but im disappointed with today. First, our waitress wasn’t that attentive to us. A main priority is to focus on your customers needs and be attentive. We all ordered our food and I ordered the rib eye tacos combo with papa. Our food took a good while to come out. My food came out last but without the papa only my 2 tacos. I asked him about the papa cause he never ended up bringing it. I then had to remind him again like 20 minutes later and he said he forgot and if i would like it to take to go ♀️ very disappointed. Don’t know the waitress name, he was respect and nice but i wasn’t satisfied but today’s service nor a apology i received ! and when i did receive the papa is was such an small portion

Mauricio (our waiter) provided us with a phenomenal service and created such a welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious and have zero complaints about our Friday night dinner. Truly recommend trying this restaurant out. Shout out to the owner Prado, a gentleman with a great mindset and professional service.

Very pleased with our overall experience here! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! The ribeye was super juicy and flavorful. I really like the half Tea/ half Jamaica drink. The ambiance was really chill. They even had good music and clean restrooms. Very happy with all the recommendations from our server. He was very attentive
