What a joyful crew! The atmosphere this morning was delightful; the crew, smiling, and laughing and engaging with customers in a genuine way made my plain bagel with cream cheese feel like the most important bagel I’ve ever had. The bagel was perfectly toasted and had the perfect amount of cream cheese. I’m really grateful for this experience as it is setting the tone for my day many thanks to the wonderful crew!

Omg!!! I’m in absolute love with my jalapeno cheese bagel toasted with lox (smoked salmon) onions, cream cheese, lettuce, capers tomatoes.

This was perfection in a hand held package. The aroma when toasting. The freshness. The beautiful crunch with soft sweet fresh bagel.

When I come to the area this is a must have for me. It’s the only reason I look forward to breakfast on the west coast.

I’m just giddy with joy and full belly. Thank you Carlos. You are a bagel artiste.

OMG!!! I think I just ate a unicorn. Had a traditional lox bagel cream cheese with capers, tomatoes & onions on a non traditional warm toasted jalapeno cheese bagel. Can I please have this every day I’m in California. If I could get one meal a day, this would be it. My mouth is so happy. In disbelief it’s too good. Too good.

It’s been 3 weeks now and still waiting for my refund. The cream cheese was sour and I was told 3-5 business days I would receive my refund. Still waiting. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Never going back. To top it off no customer service number. What a joke.

Team here is really great. I tend to go in during peak rush, so they are busy busy busy. However, despite being so busy they take the time to make sure you get the best quality bagel or sandwich. I’ve also used this as a quite place to get some work done. No wifi, so I had to use my own hotspot, but it was quiet and clean and being able to get a coffee refill was a plus.

Plenty of parking and easy to get to.

This has got to be one of the worst types of service I have received. As someone who thrives on customer service and satisfaction, thier service is beyond horrendous. It’s clear that the crew that has been assembled here are very comfortable with their jobs and think that their attitudes and lacking work ethic will not be held accountable. I’ve never seen such incompetence in taking one’s order. From the beginning of the line until even going to the cashiers I probably have to repeat my order 5-6 times. Coupled with the workers who are rude and have a negative attitude then it becomes a hostile environment.

I’m so sick of this location. I love every other location, but every single time I go here and order the sriracha honey sunrise, they barely put any sriracha honey cream cheese on it at all. You can’t taste it at all, and even when I pull the sandwich apart you can barely see it.

The bagels and sandwiches from any Bruegger’s location are delicious. Definitely some of the best I’ve ever had, and I love a good bagel sandwich. I’m sad though, because this location is so close to a house I work at, but the service is so terrible. (There’s one guy who is nice and is always working hard and helps me kindly, but he is the exception) When I come in, the people at the register ignore me. There’s one girl who gets my order wrong every time I am there, and she doesn’t even let me finish saying my order! I ask for cinnamon sugar, she gives me blueberry. I ask for and pay for avocado, I don’t get any. Today she made my egg and cheese sandwich on a blueberry bagel when I asked for whole wheat – not appetizing! I try to be patient, but this isn’t cool with me anymore. Also, this isn’t the shop’s fault, but I think some tree debris broke my windshield in their parking lot one time. I don’t think I’ll be back here sadly and will try another shop.

I usually have a great experience at this location. However, the day the lady was so rude and had so much attitude over a coupon.

I always have them scan my phone and when I have enough points I redeem it and they scan my phone and use it. It’s been like that at every location I’ve done it at.

This time though she says “it’s only for mobile order” For the record there are no locations for mobile order in California. I told her I’ve never had an issue with it and asked if the policy had changed. She keeps repeating herself acting agitated at me.

When the manager walked back in I mentioned that he has taken them before. He said it was fine. She started talking about me in Spanish with her coworker(yes white people speak Spanish too). I apologized and said thank you for taking the coupon.

She then goes yeah well it’s not my fault it says mobile order but here you can see on your receipt it’s free.

Like what’s with the attitude over a coupon your company offers? If you don’t like customers asking questions then don’t work in customer service. I didn’t yell. I wasn’t rude. I was willing to pay full price if they policy had changed.

Train your employees better.
