Been here plenty of times, and the hot food taste like chemicals.. the munchkins always seem like they were just taken out of the freezer and thawed, as they are always cold and have a wet feeling. The last 2 times I’ve been including this morning I’ve ordered a chai latte hot, and each time it has been extremely Luke warm. They can definitely do way better.

It’s freezing out here in the Swannanoa area – windy and colder than a witch’s booty. My wife and I stopped by for Hot Chocolate (Peppermint) & donut holes.. It’s hands down the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. They added cream for us to cool it down..wow! It’s so creamy and good. The donut holes were also fresh!!

After multiple attempts of trying to go to this Dunkin and have an enjoyable experience; we will officially no longer be visiting this location due to the completely incompetent crew, in particular the weekend crew. Nobody has the patience to repeat the same order 6 times, wait for 30, then still get the wrong order. Do better.

Went here Sunday October 19 , whoever the blonde girl in the drive through and a girl with dark hair and a pink claw clip were so rude. I understand it’s early but when I order something and you give me the wrong thing I’m going to ask for the correct thing. We asked for the correct latte and the one with dark hair rolls her eyes and the blonde one handed it back to us with a terrible attitude. Can’t work in costumer service if you don’t know how to have basic respect.

The young blonde employee working the drive-thru window was quite rude. She interrupted us while we were placing our order, which felt very dismissive. When we received our donut, it was noticeably cold, so we politely asked if the donuts were made fresh that morning. Her response was, “They were made this morning. We’re not Krispy Kreme—we do things differently here.” The tone and delivery came off as condescending and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Not to mention my coffee tasted poorly made, with a ton of sugar.
