Huge shoutout to Jadyn, Silas, and Nikki at the Starbucks on Fort Leonard Wood. These girls seriously deserve a raise. They make the space feel welcoming the second you walk in and somehow keep everything running super smooth even when it’s busy. I’ve never had such a short wait while still getting excellent customer service and perfectly made drinks. They’re friendly, patient, and clearly care about what they’re doing. This location is lucky to have them. they’re the reason I’ll keep coming back.

Can’t say much about the food today, but I have eaten food from there before, and it is what I would expect. Service was great, but not the coffee I ordered. I was going to try something different for a change, but they gave me the Pike Place coffee, not the new flavor they were promoting. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

It’s located inside the mini-mall on Fort Leonard Wood by the food court section. You cannot really miss it. If you do miss it, I’d be very impressed. Recently, renovations made it all sorts of prettier on the interior of the store but I can’t tell the difference. Perhaps new tile on the walls. But if that is what makes one choose whether or not to visit, I hope it helps.

The baristas are always kind, during the weekends it gets very busy and there’s lots of people but it’s worth the wait. Plus no tax so the drinks are cheaper then off base ✋

I ask for a cameral frap with cookie crumble. But when I received it, it had no cookie crumble. So, I let them know and the lady behind said she didnt make it so she didn’t know if it had any. I said it didn’t and the one that actually made it took it n just put cookie crumble in a cup and moved it from one cup to the other. Then hardly gave me any cool whip. Worse service I have had. This picture was taken when I stirred it. But the worker was very rude and hateful.

I usually get my coffee here and the staffs are great but I went on June 13, 2025 and the lady at the cashier charged me $ 0.25 for water. I was surprised cause I was never charged for water anywhere when I order my coffee. She told me they’ve started charging for the cup for 25 cents. I go once or twice every week and it was the first time I heard it. I don’t know if she just charged me because I asked for a cup of water after I paid for my coffee but sometimes I forget to ask when I order my coffee and it’s always not a big deal. I went to Starbucks at St. Roberts and asked the lady if they are charging for water now she said no because water is free when you buy something from them. She was shocked when I told her I got charged for water. It was kinda disappointing. I might start using my nespresso machine at home again.

It should not take me 30 minutes to get my order after ordering in person. Stop with the online ordering BS, it’s ridiculous that they have 100+ orders from online that are priority over people who stand in line.
