Spent 30.00 for a meal of chicken, biscuits and side dishes and drinks. And the chicken was so dark and dry it was disgusting, and the biscuits were so very hard you couldn’t even eat them. Called the store, they couldn’t replace such a big order…so called corporate and they said they would have the store call. It is 2 -3 weeks ago we called them and guess they don’t care at all. Shame the bad service all around. So no need to go to KFC again. Bad service disgusting chicken…..and extra hard biscuits. Wanted to give 0 but can’t…

While traveling in Central Asia for 23 days back in July and suffering from ongoing stomach troubles due to the local cuisine, the Colonel saved me on this very hot July day in downtown Astana, Kazakhstan. While the rest of my tour group went to enjoy some local cuisine, I stepped into this KFC to order some chicken; although I do not speak Kazakh nor Russian and they did not speak English through sign language and their eagerness to please, they understood my order. I enjoyed a delicious lunch in one of the cleanest and coolest places I have ever seen. Complements should go to that establishment but not only to management but to the people at the counter. Thank you Colonel, it was certainly finger-lickin’ good!

July 11, 2023 UPDATE: Considering all the negative reviews KFC receives as opposed to my glowing review from a locale at the other end of the world, I am disappointed at the lack of response from corporate offices and/or inaction to reviews in general … the Colonel would be immensely disappointed. It has been 3 years since I posted the above review — shame of on you KFC Corporate.

After reading the other reviews, which were very helpful, it gives me cause for pause. I have been eating KFC since 1964 and I have received both good and bad service at different stores. I recognize that people who complain are more likely to write a review than people that have a compliment. My complaint is about the size of the grilled chicken pieces (very small) when compared to the original and crispy chicken. Every KFC store that I have been in will readily admit that the grilled chicken pieces are very small. KFC needs to do something about that. There are customers that have health concerns that can eat grilled chicken but cannot eat fried chicken. One would need to purchase 6 pieces of grilled chicken to get the same amount as 3 pieces of original or crispy chicken.

Went to KFC on Little Road in New Port Richey Fl. The chicken was so small. It looks like they are using baby chicks or Cornish hens for their chicken. I have always loved KFC but what you get for the price is ridiculous! Not satisfied at all.

I have had 3 consecutive bad experiences in a two week period.
You may ask why I keep going back. I wanted to give them a chance that perhaps they were just having a bad day after the first visit. Issue : Chicken Pot Pies.. They are very good…. Provided the employees in Sarasota Fl. At Bee Ridge Rd. will actually serve you one, or admit to having any prepared. The first time the excuse was ” They are not going to be done for 30 minutes. We are still have to make the dough. What a horrible lie. I was in the drive thru and they figured I would change my order. They were right. Same problem again 4 days later. This time I was told they were in the oven. They would be awhile. The next time I was determined to get a chicken pot pie. It was now a matter of principle. Sooo. Pulled in the drive thru , Asked for 2 chicken pot pies and was once again told they were in the oven. 9 minutes.
I ordered 2 sandwiches and it took 5 minutes to get to the window to pay for those. So I said to the woman at window that I assumed that the pies should be ready soon. If I parked and went inside I could get one, they should be just coming out. She Made A Face and rolled eyes. I said the heck with this. Parked. Went inside. I asked for two pies and the cashier said
” we wont have any for 30 minutes.” Like this BS is scripted. So I said NO.. The woman at window said 5 minutes 5 minutes ago. So now she says she has to ask..She did and they got them out of oven and sold me to pies. And they were actually MAD about it. WTF? They were mad that they sold 2 pies? Two pies that they had been lying to me about every other time. Is it not their job to cook pot pies and have them available at 1 in the afternoon or at dinner time? Why is it a problem for these girls working at this location. Funny thing is, I had not been to a KFC for years until this. If I send someone tomorrow to order a chicken pot pie what excuse will they give?
They were good, but not worth the aggravation I had to go through to catch them lying about making them.

Went to KFC Meridian CT. POOR SERVICE!No exit out of parking lot except drive through. They didn’t answer the speaker, so I had a car in front of me waited long time for the person in front of me to get waited on, they got their food and drinks. So I pull up to the window and the cashier says we’re not taking orders system is down. This isn’t the first time this has happened! I swear I’ll never go to KFC again!

Fort pierce KFC had dry chicken rancid coleslaw and worst of all roaches I will never go there again the port st Lucie store is great clean great service and the chickens always fresh I go 2-3× a month I personally love it. I reside in Lawton, OK where KFC has 2 locations. On Dec 4th, I arrived at 1 location. I asked for the “$10 bucket share” of the sauceless hot wings. The cashier states “We dont have those at this location”. So I altered my decision and decided to go with the buffet, only to realize they didnt have any mashed potatoes, or too many other choices of sides on the line. (What a buffet right?!). I then decide to relocate to the other store, on the other side of town. They took out their buffet line, ok. I then rely back on the “$10 bucket of hot wings”, and to recieve the same response, “We don’t have those here”…….the least you all could do, is take it off the menu if you dont have it. Are all the KFC’s not on the same page?

Really bad service every time we go there. Asked for Mac & cheese and got mashed potatoes. Asked for Baked beans and got corn. every single time, It’s wrong. Never know it till we get home and too far to go to change and have them correct their mistake.m We did go back today and manager was a 400lb. suma wrestler. So he says what do you want me to do about it. Told him correct your people. Gave us Mac and cheese. m Acted as if we were bothering him. No senior discount either. Said they don’t do that. Last time for us.
