Service was wonderful!! First time here and food was delicious, smoothie was huge it was the choc,peanut butter very tasty. There were 2 things I DID NOT LIKE! I was pressured to give a tip using my card. The machine did not let me do a custom tip. I like giving cash! Also, I was told that my order was eligible for a side dish (that I thought was included) but I was charged .99 for it. So I felt a lil deceived but I will know next time. I will definitely go back because the food, service and smoothie was good (beach club salad, jalapeños corn) I also liked the attitude of the manager toward her staff

I ask for the most basic sandwich and the store never gets it right. I feel in love with the sandwich from my first visit and it has yet to be the same. Buffalo Chicken wrap no tomatoes. On the visit there is absolutely no Buffalo sauce. I paid 12.89 for this meal and didn’t get what I ordered. Looks like I need to find a new spot. I have given up on Tropical Smoothie.

Love the smoothies but the one in Avon Indiana I sat in the at drive through for 30 min . I could not believe how long it took . Many cars left the drive through. It needs to be better staff or don’t offer the drive way until you do or discount the drinks for the wait . But overall I love tropical smoothie a lot . The staff are friendly just slow service .

Great place. Unexpectedly exceptional food! Lots of varieties of shakes and add-ins as well as a diverse menu of health minded foods that a both filling and delicious! The atmosphere is light and cheery. Great a e for a quick lunch while shopping in Avon or on a workday break.

I am a huge fan of TSC-BUT I have to say that almost everytime I order on the app ahead of time and go thru the drive thru to pick up-they are not efficient. I thought that was the point of ordering ahead? Today was particularly bad. I ordered ahead and when I got there they asked me to pull forward, while they finish working on my order. I proceeded to watch 5 cars order, pay and get their food and drive away before me. I had to walk in and ask about my order! They had it sitting behind the counter. I am very disappointed in their lack of urgency and attitude.

I really enjoy coming to Tropical Smoothie — the smoothies are always fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like them. There’s a lot of friendly, hard-working teenagers on the team, and they do a great job keeping things moving and making customers feel welcome.
That said, I would love to see the managers more visible and engaged on the floor — interacting with guests, helping during the rush, and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. I think that extra leadership presence would make an already good experience even better.
One last request… please bring back the jalapeño chips! They were the perfect combo with my favorite wrap, and I know I’m not the only one who misses them.

Every time we come they’re always friendly. Food is delicious and actually reasonably priced. If you want a sandwich, smoothie, or breakfast, this is the spot.

This place consistently fails to cook the chicken and other ingredients to a safe internal temp of 140 degrees. Not even the cheese melts its so undercooked. Why serve food like this? Also rarely consistent even though I know its all made to order. Ohio menu items are a dollar cheaper, made well and fast. I get treated pretty poorly every once in a while at the window. I’m always pleasant and respectful to the staff. The food would be good otherwise but man this place needs help serving food safely and staff needs leadership/customer service trainings. There is horrible cell tower service while you are in the drive thru. Can’t get any connection there but it is fine everywhere else.
Update two weeks after: I don’t even feel safe coming around anymore, just getting passive aggressive behavior, intimidation etc. The condition is worsening and the reply from the business doesn’t even mention what actions they are taking to address food safety or employee behavior. I just got chicken on my flatbread that was cold as an ice cube lol, colder than the avocado they put on. Clearly no care to improvement. Do you know how many times I had to eat cold chicken just cause I was starving and chose to come here? Do you imagine I want to come here after working hard all day to get this experience. I always order with pleases, don’t bother staff, and am just another customer. Planning to forward a complaint to the city health department.
