Their menu is HUGE!!! Our server is so committed to El Parian, he tattooed the name on his hand- impressive. We absolutely loved the place and the food. The ceviche was delicious as were the enchiladas. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu.

The first server was not very attentive to our table , it was around 12:00 pm and it was pretty empty . And all of the servers were sitting cross from our table and like 5 times we wave at them and nothing . The food in my personal opinion and my coworkers, was not good taste and expensive. The portions are good size but as you can see in my pictures , we didn’t even finish our taco orders and the rest of the food . It was either too salty or not good flavor 🙁 . I don’t mind paying a higher price from one place to another place when it comes to tacos , but the flavor , taste and portions needs to be justifying the money I’m paying for 😉

Clean place and very nice and attentive staff. Salsa is a little sweet(I like a little more spice) but just like everything else it was delicious. Food came out super hot and perfect just the way we ordered it. One of the best authentic Mexican restaurants around by far. After just a few bites my wife and our 2 kids all said we will definitely be eating there again. Drinks were great too!

El Parian is absolutely the best fast-casual Mexican I’ve had in the state. This hidden gem was recommended to me by a few Mexican-American friends. It’s a popular gathering space for the local Mexican-American community and although the menu includes many items that are catered to the American taste, they still have more authentic offerings. The food is well seasoned, fresh, and delicious. The service is friendly and prompt. El Parian is definitely worth the trip across the river for the city-dwellers!

This is one of my go to places. Great food and drinks. Texas fajitas and Texas margaritas are excellent. I do take out here quite a bit too. Food is delivered quickly with a smile. Never a wait that I have seen. Clean and good location right on 42 on the edge of Burnsville and Savage area.
Atmosphere is good with pictures of southern Mexico and the Mexican colors inside. This used to be Billy G’s kocation. That did was not so great and went out of business.
Prices are moderate with large portions. I like the many seafood items too on r large menu.
I do not hesitate recommending this restaurant. They have several locations and the one in Eagan is also very food.

This place is fantastic. Stopped for lunch and service was great. They are all willing to help. They start you with chips and salsa. Even some hot salsa. The salsa is great. I ordered the lobster and shrimp enchiladas and they were fantastic. The ride served with it is most wonderful. Everything about my stop was worth it.

Service was nice and waiter answered our menu questions well. The best part? We enjoyed our meals and would come back. The restaurant was clean and definitely a popular spot in town. Despite being busy, our meals also came out quickly. The worst part? At the beginning, it felt like anything we asked for, they were out of. It took about 3-4 tries until the drinks we wanted were something that was available. We also didn’t understand our server when he said they had coffee but not the regular kind and no creamer or regular sugar. We did get a normal black coffee and a small bowl of white sugar though and that was fine.
