I saw all the negative reviews but wanted to give it a chance. Failure. I ordered delivery, projected arrival 5:53pm. At 5:30pm got the notification it was baking. At 6:37pm I called to check on it and it’s a good thing I did. I was told I had to wait for the 7pm driver to show up, take a refund, or come get it myself. I opted to pick it up myself because I didn’t want cold food. I went inside and spoke with all the workers present. They were just as frustrated as me and cited terrible management. Apparently the delivery drivers just don’t show up to work. The manager took the day off for her daughters birthday, fine, but make sure your establishment can function!!! I cant even get a pizza delivered on a saturday night!!! Almost $100 for three medium pizzas and some wings with this kind of service!?!? I couldn’t even get the delivery fees waived so they just told me id get three free pizzas next time. Dear owner, fire your manager and delivery drivers. Reopen when you have a a capable functioning establishment. Ill be back to get my three free pizzas, but after that never again. Your wings were better than dominos so you almost have a good thing here if you dont continue to run it into the ground. Good luck.

Ordered pizza and it’s absolutely terrible. Been on hold for over 15 mins trying to get the order corrected, still no answer. If you’re going to order pizza, don’t waste your time here. Also ordered a crustless pizza bowl and you can tell the ingredients are frozen. The individual ingredients have either no taste or taste old and inedible. Both pizzas ordered were wrong. Disappointing as this pizza used to be good. Definitely will not be ordering again.

Called into place a delivery order was told it was going to be an hour and a half delivery time didn’t receive order until 3 hours later Chris the manager took my order when I received it 3 hours later it was made incorrectly when I told him he made my pizza the wrong way basically, He called me a liar said he made it correctly and if I wanted a 25% off the next order which I was already getting a discount on this order Bc I had a problem with with the previous order. So I was already receiving a discount on this order he was very unprofessional and rude hung up on me once put me on hold I called from a different number he answered then tried to play dumb about not coming back to the other number I called from…Pizza was made incorrectly and cold, Terrible Management Chris…. see photos for onions on my pizza, specifically Chris took my order and made my order!

It is rare when I leave a negative review. We have ordered delivery from Marcos on a number of occasions without issue, but I want to warn others on instances when a refund is requested. On a game weekend, we had friends over and ordered a couple of pizzas. As the wait lingered, we called several times to get an update and were told “the driver is one the way.” As time approached 9:00 and a three hour wait, we called to cancelled. I understand game weekends are busy, and we figured “lesson learned” and would pick up next time. At issue is Marcos won’t provide a refund. We were told by Marcos personnel (on the ground folks) that the driver quit mid-evening on the night in question. Regardless, we spoke with the manager on the phone who told us a refund was forthcoming. Weeks later and nothing. We have since been “added to a list”‘ which allows us to get pizzas as compensation. That is not a good policy. Food was ordered and never delivered. The only proper recourse is a refund. Please note the pizza is good, but in this instance Marcos gets an F for service.

This is the second time in a row that my pizza was messed up in two different apartment locations. Both times I called for a remake on the pizza and BOTH times a “delivery driver was not informed to bring it out” so we never get the remake pizza. I ask for a refund and each time “the manager who does that has already left for the day”. I’m done ordering from you guys. This location seems to be the only one incapable of properly making a simple pizza and delivering it without being cold or incorrect.

I ordered some pizzas on Uber eats. It arrived cold, it tasted like that food you didn’t sell and you reuse. It wasn’t properly cut and, even worse, it didn’t have the correct size! Last time I ordered in this place. I guess dine in could be better. But, delivering, no at all.

I tried to call in an order for my 2 toddlers and wife and the lady was terribly rude, when I walked in to pick up the food the atmosphere disgusting, im surprised the no one was smoking cigarettes.
We wont be using this Marcos again, this used to be the restaurant that made me fall in love with Marcos menu.

Ridiculous to say the least. This place used to be good. What happened?!? Horrible food quality, rude employees, dirty dining area with no customers. Tables feel they are about to break they are so wobbly.. Did you guys just stop caring or something. You have lost me as a customer and those that I’ve shared my story with are done too. That’s if you guys even care anymore.
