I dont usually have a problem when I get food here its always hot an portions are huge that’s why im surprised when I didnt even get a full cup of fries because I usually get so many I can’t eat them all! I dont know of it was the store or the uber driver but the store needs to close the bag better I could stick my whole hand in it with out touching the sticker

My boyfriend asked for grilled onions wre was no grilled onions, the bottom bun was soggy and more wet then the actual burger and folded eveytime he tried to bite it which he couldn’t even eat it because it was folding and way to messy. and for lettuce they put a end chunk of lettuce not peices. and one singular pickle on each patty. DO BETTER. u ruined our day thanks

Went in to pick up an online order for me and my lady. Got all the way back to the house and realized they didn’t put my large Cajun fries in the bag.
Called store to have issue addressed, they offered to give fries if we drove all the way back.
Upon returning to store, discovered we were handed regular fries upon returning back home for the second time.

Update again: this place makes the best fast food burger NOW. The three new workers today were phenomenal and I hope they get the credit their due. The manager was amazing ! You have to give credit where credit is due and this place has turned it around! Great job management. Love this Five Guys now. Keep up the great work. New team in picture.
This one is struggling and not the best one around. Workers play around in the back, and I’m ok with it if you can STILL get the order right too!! But 2 times in a row, they can’t. Should be easy. This is a burger place, right ? BUT it’s difficult here. They also don’t pour the extra amount of fries over into the bag that you are used to at other ones. Actually Five Guys tell you to do this since they are priced accordingly to do so. The manager is super nice, but you can tell that she is overwhelmed by the staff she has. It looks like they run the place. Would love, for 30 bucks, for 2 burgers and 1 fry, that you get it that mustard and tomatoes are NOT wanted on the burger when it is not ordered. Simple. I hope they get it together there. The manager is trying. Good like 5 Guys.

I love everything about this Five Guys. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was so clean, the peanuts basically smiled at me. Our server Timothy was an absolute gem. Very kind, he could tell we had a long day and really brought the energy. The whole crew’s energy was so upbeat for a rainy Northeastern day. Food was fresh, service was fast, we had a fantastic time. Will be returning again. Thank you Tim & crew !!

Great service, excellent food as usual, and the store was really clean. The drive in appears to only be for pre-ordered food (online) so doing an order for pick up might be the fastest way to get your meal unless you want to eat in the dining area. We ate in the dining area and it wasn’t too crowded. The was one minor issue with the soda machine which the manager fixed right away. I was most impressed by the customer service because not only was the manager and staff responsive, but they also seemed happy to be working there. Made for a nice experience.

Walk into pick up and order and am greeted by a cook just mean mugging me as I wait at the register before returning to his cell phone. Then I get sternly corrected that I was doing pick ups wrong even though at no point did anyone say the words “What can we do for you” So I guess you’re just supposed to walk in and shout at them “I came for a pick up”

Got my food here Monday July 28th at 4:55pm, spent $7 on some soggy fries. Mind you I had to wait 5 minutes for the employee to finish frying them and the photo was taken less than 10 minutes after they were made. At five guys you pay a premium price for good food, but this was gross and I ended up throwing the fries out, and since I had to wait a couple minutes for the fries to finish the burger sat in the bag rapped in alluminum foil, by the time I ate it the buns were wet and full of water from the condensation, will not be returning to this five guys. The fries are good about a quarter of the time I go here and at this price it’s just not worth it. Save your money and get Wendy’s or McDonald’s down the street, I’ve never gotten fries from either place as bad as these

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, and mustard. I also ordered a hot dog and milkshake for my girlfriend. All of which I ordered to go. They called my number to say my food is ready and they forgot my milkshake, so I reminded them and got my milkshake. I got home to find my burger had no toppings. I then tried to call to resolve the issue, but no answer and their voice-mail is full. 5 guys is expensive for a fast food burger, and this experience was disappointing.
