Great Mariscos. Music Juxbox LOUD. Cold Beer, extra plus because they have my beer Tecate. Great because that is how I have my Micheladas. Food is authentic.. flavor is authentic. Great for couples who love mariscos & cold beer. Families too, Great environment. Not rowdy, at all. Ample seating, have to come try.

My dad & I both loved the food. Chips & salsa were good. My dad liked the coffee. He said it was strong. I ordered the fried tilapia (I believe) it was the full fish. I was surprised. My dad ordered bacon wrapped shrimp. He loved it! The waitress was very kind. She didn’t speak perfect English, but she did whatever she needed to make sure we were satisfied. There were 2 men who came to play live music. It’s is a place worthy of going back(:

The service there was okay. There was only two waiters, but wasn’t busy. My niece waited so long for her burger and fries. By the time it came out we all had done eating our food. Other than that. The Food was amazing. Great taste. I got camarones a la plancha. It was flavorful along with the beans and rice. I also got a mango margarita and they was delicious. Real mangos inside. My husband ordered camarones al la diabla. It wasn’t as spicy, but it did have flavor. He also ordered empanadas de camarones. They were packed with shrimp , but no cheese. Super disappointed.

Reason for Service Rating: There was only one server for multiple tables of 5 or more ppl. It was a challenge to get food out and handle it all.

Visited this place yesterday 5/14/23 with my lady for mothers day and I expected to be busy for the occasion, but it turned out to be pretty empty. Waitress came to us reasonably quick and took our drink order. Drinks took about 15 minutes to come out, then she took our order and it all went downhill from there. We waited for about 30 more minutes and only one plate out of 4 came out with our 2 ceviche tostadas. Our food was very simple so I’m not sure why it was taking so long. 10 minutes later, my aguachile came out and we were still waiting on a quesadilla and a burrito. Another 5 minutes went by when I finally decided to get up and asked them to put them to go because I didn’t even want to eat there anymore. After being at the restaurant for an hour, I finally got my order to go, the bill was $120 and all I was told after complaining to the manager/ host was sorry. Out of 15/ 20 tables they have, they only had people at 5 and they were not big groups. Very disappointed with their service. The food was ok but the service is horrible. I will not go back there again

I am so disappointed. My family and I ate here on Saturday and by the time we made it back to Merced our stomachs were upset. My husband and I vomited. I can only assume it was the sea food since that’s what my husband and I ordered and the kids ate some of our plate white they had a different meal. It’s just sad that we spent 170$ and I’m pretty sure they just didn’t have enough time to prep fresh food. We were there first thing in the morning. The oysters were frozen and unclean. Just a horrible experience overall.
