We ordered a bottle drink and milkshake, I sent my partner to pick it up and you all didn’t have milkshakes so he settled for a fountain drink??? But that doesn’t cover the cost. And I didn’t get my bottled drink. And the fries are cold and gross. The food was not worth 40 dollars.

Update post 9-7-23. We’ve been to this location several times with no problem. Will NOT be back!! 0 stars for this location. Asked son to pick up order (through toast). Thinking process for pickup will be smooth…NOPE he only received partial order. We live 20 minutes away call several times, but there is no answer. We decided to go back to the store. Requested refund or remake order young lady stated couldn’t refunded due to me ordering online. She then stated I’ll just make items missing items. My response was no, you’ll remake the whole order. Partial order I have now will be cold because it should have done it correct the first time it’s an inconvenience for me to travel back here, she responsed to cowoker girl drop them 8 burgers with attitude. Made me feel as I was inconvenience of them but ya didn’t get order right 1st time….I always add nice tip amounts and this is how I get treated, my time is just as valuable already running late for work and still fries and onion rings refried in old grease and still didn’t correct burgers if they we’re short on certain items for specialty burgers say something nothing was said at all just attitude. Disappointing experience this location waste of money and time!!! 3yrs ago, I rated 5 stars across the board.

This is seriously a great burger place. I picked the Smokehouse BBQ burger with spicy fries. It was an excellent burger. The place was clean, no issues with trash tables or the customer service. The restaurant had plenty of open tables. I liked the open kitchen setup as you can see them making your food as you wait.

I think my expectations were too high. This is what I call “one” and done.” I ate the chili cheese dog and some fries (too greasy) while I was there. I took pictures of my food at the restaurant. I tried to eat the mushroom and swiss burger for dinner, but the burger was dry, and something left an aftertaste in my mouth. I threw the burger and fries away. The customer service was good. Although I explained that I was using a Groupon $20 and dining alone, which was more than my burger meal so I asked to add a chili cheese hotdog. Well, he added a chili hmcheese hot dog meal and gave me two fries and two drinks. Remember, I’m dining alone, so I ended up paying over the $20 Groupon, which defeated the purpose of me saving money.

Fast, Friendly, and Yummy! Home run burger has some good food but needs some improvement. I got their BBQ burger meal and the Burger patty was good, bun was great toppings were solid but, for the price of $14.60 it was definitely lackluster. The burger should definitely at least be a double for that price, not a huge portion of fries but they were good! Crispy, but not very flavorful. Place was clean and the staff was friendly, very fast and brought our food out to us. Atmosphere definitely leaves a lot to be desired, very empty, cold, and kind of dim to be honest.
This place really just needs a better decorator, and probably some menu changes here and there but over all for a quick good meal it really wasn’t bad. Good luck home run, you guys are awesome!

Top quality burgers and fresh toppings makes for overall awesome food at a fair price. The fries have more often than not been a little soggy though. Try to stay away from the triple if you like a lot of toppings or you’ll make mess. Home Run Burger is top tier compared to other on-campus spots.

We lucked up and went on Tuesday which is family night from 4-9. Half price burgers and dogs when you order a combo and eat in! The burger was delicious and we opted for the cajun fries which were also delicious. The location we visited was on the Louisville campus and was very nice. It is a good family destination. When there’s alot of people it can be loud but they also had outside seating.

Ordering took 4 tries. Then burgers were still wrong. Ordered Cajun fries,but we’re not. Then asked for Cajun seasoning and the manager said go ahead, but ,”the ticket didn’t say Cajun” but my ticket did. Then most outraged I ordered a side of slaw ($2.49), and got a condiment cup of slaw (1 spoonful). Asked if this was a order, and the manager said that’s how it comes and turned her back.
