Stopped by on a chilly night and as always it did not disappoint. I usually stop by often during Dodgers season. The ingredients are fresh and you can’t go wrong with choosing which toppings you prefer. I highly recommend Elio’s all if your in the Silverlake area. Friendly and quick service!

They changed the pepperonis!
Got the Margarita pizza and added garlic and pepperoni. Delicious and fresh! The only downside is they have nowhere to sit and no napkins. Gotta ask for cheese and crushed pepper packets.

This place is run by a fellow Guatemalan that makes amazing pizza. Was waiting for my pepperoni pie when another guy showed up and ordered like 10 pizzas. He told me that he the place made the best pizzas, that he was a regular. The truth is the pizza is amazing. You probably want to keep the pizza simple, not too many topping, that will make the flavor the best ever. The place is now a food truck in front of liquor store. You can park at the liquor store and walk 20 feet to get to the truck. Worth it!

Great pizza and pretty cool experience of them just making the pizza out there. The ingredients felt very fresh and very authentic the dough was very well balanced and the sauce had the perfect ratios of sweetness and tartness. The only beef I had with this joint was that they didnt have enough meat options. Other than that the price is very good for the quality of the ingredients and the freshness of the pie!

Food truck serving wood fire pizza from a parking lot in Echo Park. Pizza takes about 8 mins and they take credit cards. I would eat it again if I was in the area. We had Margerita and Pepperoni pizzas and it came out to be $29 after taxes.

Nice pizzas but there’s some room for improvement.
The pizza is a bit too soft, floppy and thin. Pizza was not cut well, took me a few mins to fix that at home. Also the prosciutto pizza was super soggy and wet, too much spinach. Would’ve been better if that was added after cooking or cooked down prior to make it less wet. Was hard to tell if the bottom of pizza was just so damp or under cooked, structurally the bottom of the pizza needs more thickness.
All in all not bad. Didn’t have to wait in line and was in and out in 10 minutes, not going to happen at most places in LA.

Every time I come to thi solace for pizza, it never disappoints. It’s always so delicious and so fresh. You’re in and out of the place in less than 10-15 minutes.
