My wife ordered a pizza and garlic bread online this evening. The wait time for the delivery was supposed to be 35-45 minutes. After 1 hour, she called to check on the status and was told to call back if food doesn’t arrive in 10 minutes. Called again, told to call back in 10 minutes. Called a third time and spoke with the manager. Manager was unapologetic to say the least, and proceeded to argue with her about when the order was even placed, despite our receipt stating the order time. The unapologetic attitude and argumentative behavior from a manager is unacceptable. We won’t be ordering from this place again.

Pizza was good. We had a veggie pizza that was really good & a small vegan pizza that was excellent as well. I opted to sit inside of the restaurant to wait for my takeaway order. The kids that work at this location last night language was terrible. No regard for my small kids that are sitting with me.

its usually great but tn wasn’t. i got a medium cheese pizza, well done, and delivered. it came quickly. once i opened it it looked good but after i took a bite i turned it over and saw the bottom was all burned. I called them immediately and told them and they put me on with a manager who had me send a picture of the pizza and said he’d call me back. he did, and asked what id like him to do and if he could credit me so i asked if i could get another one tonight since it’s my dinner. And he said OK but they probably just left it in too long since I asked for well done and it didn’t look that burned just a little black but obviously I’m the one eating it so I know it tasted burned and like old oven bits. I don’t mind extra crispy or super well done it’s just it tasted burned. He was nice but kind of made me feel its my fault for ordering well done. and said it would be done in 10 min so then i came to get another and had to wait a few mins but they had me check it and it was perfect and tasted great. otherwise if not for the issue 5 stars. tenders were good too.

My Greek pizza was THEE best ever I went in to order a slice & referenced it from my Uber Eats app and for some reason they said I had to order that specific slice on the app & not in the restaurant but anyway… I sat in the spot two times and they have an ant problem. Other than that I enjoyed my pizza! I will be back. But I’ll order a pick up order off Uber eats again

They have changed big time with the ingredients. The pizza was barely edible. My dog loves pizza and didn’t want it. It somehow was tart. The sauce was very acidic and nasty. The crust was awful. The cheese was not the same cheese from when they first opened. I have had pizza from Walmart that tasted better.

and burned or hard bread almost every time i come in. the inconsistency is nuts. when yall first opened years ago, you cared more about the food and now theres a bunch of clueless teenagers working both locations i go to. they never put my food in a bag with handles to carry, never ask if i want cheese, and when you order pizza slices they throw them on top of each other on paper plates so the cheese sticks to the plate. theres never a manager when i call and generally no one cares. they dont answer reviews or customer service emails either. their packaging and customer service needs a whole lot of work

Always consistently good pizza and service. I come here atleast once a week for my lunch break and their pizza has always been good. Can’t beat the 2 slice lunch deal!

1st time… I thought the pizza was delicious and as shownin the pictures its not burnt at the bottom. However, the rest of my family (5ppl) didn’t like it. I’ll be back again tho!!
