You know when people shop with you two or three days a week and from a business you would think you would be a little more nicer especially when you’re the one who ruined my pizza. And after he was rude he hung up in my face. The very nice delivery lady who delivered my pizza even noticed the pizza wasn’t all the way done. Please work on your customer service skills and also please learn to follow instructions.

Today was the first time my husband and I ordered from here. We always order online and tip in person. My husband came back and gave me the tip. Opening the both boxes to reveal the pizzas weren’t both pretty much burned or almost burned. We aren’t ones to complain. But I do leave reviews often. Unfortunately today they get a bad review and we won’t be back. Never had this problem with Gilbert’s Pizza or Pizza Hut on base! We will never be back there and I’ll be sure to tell people to save their money and go elsewhere. Such a shame domino’s. I’ve managed a pizza place for years before coming here and I would have never let pizza like that left my store. Anyways that’s my rant. I only have one picture but you can see how bad it looks. This was probably the worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Not only does it look disgusting, but it tasted like cardboard because they made the dough too thin so it over cooked. We all got sick later that night after attempting to eat the pizza. Maybe if the staff focused on the food and customers instead of their phones and cutting up then maybe this would not have happened.
Probably going to Papa Johns from now on after this experience.

My family and I order Domino’s often! I’ve never had an issue with service, delivery time, or quality of food. We love the 5.99 deal! Oh, and you can’t beat the stuffed cheesy bread! It beats regular bread sticks any day!

Ordered two of the philly cheesesteak tots and a pizza with 4 dr peppers. They are sending driver back with sodas I didn’t get eventually but there was no cheese on the tots at all

So I ordered stuffed cheesy bread to my surprise was only bread sand 5 pieces of spinach… so I went back in the line it took them 5 mins just to come to the window even thou the guys kept passing by the window… when I told them it had no stuffing he said it had been a hour… so if you wait to long your cheese and stuffings most likely will evaporate if you wait longer then 30 mins to get your order. Very simple task mad hard then customer service for the two men working was nonchalant and giving I hate this job. Do better sir. The young lady was the only reasonable person she asked him to remake it but after she took a hour my trust for that cook was lost. I’m sure customer service and actually making what people order is in the job description.

Ordered two pizzas and cheesy bread. One pizza and the cheesy was great but the second pizza we ordered was suppose to be pepperoni and black olives. Instead we got pepperoni and mushrooms . So a bit disappointing on that. Even says on the receipt the right ingredients.
