You know the song “I love this bar”? Well I love this bar! All the servers and bartenders are amazing, the food is unexpectedly good, and it is a local business run by an amazing family living their American dream.

Smoking is allowed, so if you are sensitive to that it may not be your place. Love a cigar or a place to have a good drink and smoke? Check The Point out! It has been our haven during freezing cold and blistering hot times. Plus they have a great bourbon selection.

The food is amazing. Some of the best fajitas, salsa, pizza and salads I have found in the area. The drinks are fair pours -and priced. Yes, prices have gone up but so has everything!

So I highly recommend this place as long as you know what it is- an awesome bar with great food and fantastic staff. I’ve been coming at least twice a week for many years, and will continue to be a regular!

This is our go to place for reasonably priced food and drinks. The food is surprisingly good for a bar. The nachos are some of my favorite, gyros are great, and the Cobb salad is a regular item for us.

Beer selection and better mixed drinks (old fashioneds, mules, etc) could improve the vibe a bit. The waitresses are some of our favorite at any bar. Very sweet and hard working.

Great neighborhood, family owned bar! Lumi, Elena, Lume and Hallie are all fantastic and make you feel like you’re welcomed into their family upon entering. Food is the best bar food you’re going to get around town. Friday nights are great for karaoke and Sundays are even better to watch the games. Swing by during the week for great lunch specials and even better conversations with Lumi and Elena!

DON’T GO IF NOT LOCAL. Stayed at the hotel nearby and went by one night around 9 to get some food. Felt like an inconvenience and had to get attention of the server and bartender to order. Food was good and our first and only drinks were fine but after that we were so ready to be out of there. Loud music and annoying drunk locals made it uncomfortable but that would have been acceptable if the service was better. Food was fine but it seemed very clear if you weren’t local or giving special attention to the bartender you were going to be ignored.
