The customer service is straight forward. They take your order, and bring you your food. Just because they don’t baby you or pamper you doesn’t mean they are “rude”. With their methods of customer service, they are able to bring out your bowl of pho in 2 minutes, while providing the same equal attention to detail to the rest of the customers, and the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant.
The owner and staff have a wonderful restaurant, and truly make us feel like family.
Very delicious for me
Cheap and super super fast! (Faster than McDonald’s does)
Cash only buy only need less or more than $10 + tips
here’s Atmosphere is kinda weird
If they turn some Vietnamese music on, it would be great!!
Food was just okay. I prefer Pho Pasteur in Rosemead Ca.
Need to update prices on the menu and photos of dishes will help people like me who is not a Vietnamese.
Rude waiter and owner. Need to work on a better customer service.
We called ahead to order two for pick up, when we got to the store the clerk told us $40. We thought the price was wrong offered to see the bill he said no have. He said there’s a tax increase you guys do the math and it’s pretty much the same. I can feel ripped off and I walk away. I don’t know how to do business like this.
Cash only! They compete for your cash against the Peppermint Rhino in the same strip mall.
The Phò is on point. There are other dishes, the likes of which I cannot pronounce, but they are delicious nonetheless. The staff has changed throughout the years, but it continues to be the same chop chop type of service, after all you came here to eat, not fraternize with the staff.
You came to eat, enjoy this jewell hidden in plain sight in the city of industry in the San Gabriel Valley. Bon appetit!
