Really disappointed here. They are usually always pretty good during the day but for some reason sight shift just doesn’t do as well. There have been multiple times where they refuse my order because they are “closing” even when it’s only 7:00pm. Other times they limit me on what can be ordered telling me they don’t have the chicken sandwich or when I try to order the chicken strips they can’t do that either or they can only do a certain size. It’s very frustrating that I try to order for my family but they refuse to actually cook. I’m super disappointed with the service. I used to work for sonic and we accepted orders up until the very minute we closed. Needless to say that this Popeyes is full of lazy individuals who just don’t want to do their job or so it seems.

Spicy chicken had too much sauce and chicken was tough. Banana pudding was soggy/half frozen and nasty with 2 hrs expiration time left. Just nasty after. I want my money back.

I placed an order in the drive through on 11/23/24 at 5:20 for an 8 pc family meal. Simple order…got all the way home and was ready to feed the family, but only had 6 pieces of chicken! This is not the first time this has happened so now I not only need to check to see that everything is in the bag but also have to count the chicken! Also, called the phone number listed on their website and after he first ring, a message stating the voice mailbox is full and can’t receive any other messages pops up and hangs up on me immediately. So you can’t even let them know they made a mistake. Ridiculous!!!

At the drivethru on a Sunday about 3:30 pm. No other customers there. The crew laughing and joking. Ordered a 3 pieces tender meal with tea and fries. The cashier told me “can you pull up beside that trashcan to wait?” Seriously? I said, I’ll pull up, but I’m not waiting for my food at the trashcan. They brought my food out 20 mins later.

Don’t eat here after 8pm because they stop cooking and won’t make anything else for orders. What’s left under the heat lamp after 8pm is what you get to choose from. At 8:45pm on Thurs, Sept 26th we were told they’re not cooking any more chicken patties for sandwiches, sold the last of their Mac n Cheese for the night, and were done with spicy tenders for the night. Then they forgot our biscuits. Absolutely pitiful service.
