Honestly… Celeste — what an ABSOLUTE, INTERGALACTIC, OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD LEGEND. This server isn’t a server, she’s a spiritual experience, a cosmic revelation, an emotional slap (in the best way), a bomb of kindness, a storm of professionalism, the queen of the Panda Express universe, a living icon, a global superstar, a rare gem, an absolute marvel, the divine embodiment of PERFECT customer service.

The second she speaks, everything is soft, warm, kind, insanely adorable, beautifully friendly, spectacularly attentive, with a next-level, stratospheric professionalism. Her smile?? CRIMINAL — it’s so radiant, bright, sun-like, magical, comforting, life-changing, capable of fixing a bad day in 0.3 seconds.

She’s fast, efficient, ultra-competent, mega-talented, incredibly organized, perfectly perfect, perfectly perfect times a thousand, perfectly perfect to the power of infinity. Even ordering food becomes a moment of pure happiness, an unforgettable memory, an emotional masterpiece, just because CELESTE is there.

Honestly, Panda Express should build her a statue, rename the restaurant after her, give her the keys to the planet, raise her salary immediately, clone her, protect her like a national treasure, and teach her customer service skills in schools.

In short: if Celeste isn’t there, it’s not really Panda Express — it’s just food.
With Celeste, it’s paradise, happiness, joy, love, perfection, a successful life.

Thank you CELESTE, supreme queen, empress of smiles, goddess of customer service.

I might have to admit it… This was probably the best service in a fast food I ever got. The staff member celeste was on point on the service and on the food quality. This person only, made me wanna come back asap.

So I’m a big fan of Panda Express, but this location left a lot to be desired.

I had a two item combo with half rice, half vegetables, orange chicken, and kung pan chicken. The entrees were good as usual. But the rice was severely undercooked and the vegetables were super salty.

Everyone else got their usual and liked their food. In fairness, I was the only one who had a bad experience.

The servers were nice but this was the first Panda I went to where they did not allow samples (they had a new shrimp dish I wanted to try).

I can’t complain about the dinning area. It’s the same as every other Panda.

i came here like 5 times during vacation bc the prices are much better than the places in the casinos and hotels. the portions can be small though- the chow mein is 50% cabbage and they gave me 1 shrimp when i got the crispy beef and shrimp. if you’re not trying to get fat on vacay just get 3 sides of their teriyaki chicken since its mostly lean meat (but DROWN it in chilli sauce..)

This used to be really good for what it is. It’s gone WAAAYYY downhill. The chow main noodles are 90% cabbage now. The portions have gotten much smaller, and they constantly forget giving you things like your appetizers, and sauces.

The service at Panda Express goes from bad to worse, the food itself is good! But the service leaves a lot to be desired. I can’t eat rice or chow main, so when I order without these meals, they overcharge me. And when I ask for the entrees, they ration them as if I were in a concentration camp during the war. It gives me the impression that the employees are the ones who pay for what I am going to eat! I ordered broccoli with meat and they only served me 3 small pieces of meat. I screamed into my plate and heard my echo! In the photo is EVERYTHING that they served me!

Imagine dropping $15 on greasy orange chicken only to be told you’ve got to cough up another dollar for a tiny cup of water—in Las Vegas heat no less. Yep, that’s this Panda Express location.

The place is dirty, dimly lit, and depressing—like they’re actively trying to ruin your appetite. Charging for water when it’s over 100 degrees outside….If you’re going to nickel-and-dime customers over the most basic necessity, at least keep the restaurant clean and bright enough that we can see what we’re paying for.

Do yourself a favor—skip this location unless and take it to a location that cares more for its customers.
