Stood out front at order board #19. Pressed the call button 4 times and was canceled out every time. 3 different employees walked by and dident even acknowledge me being there much less offer any assistance so I could place an order. I was in a semi, so I had no other choice but to leave and figure something else out for my juvenile son and myself for dinner.

The food has always been very good and the employees are usually really friendly. The orders are done pretty quickly most of the time. Except for on days or weekends where there are games going on across the street at the highschool, and on holidays in the evenings. I have had to sit there for hours sometimes just waiting to place my order.

Customer service is extremely slow and I could hear the workers talking badly about other people from outside the drive through window. It took me 30 minutes to get my order AFTER ordering and it was only a coke, shake, a soft pretzel twist, and a popcorn chicken. Terrible with time and terrible with actually getting work done instead of talking badly about others. It was as if out of the many workers there, only one was working. It took 15 minutes to event be able to order even though I was sitting at the speaker. So 45 minutes wasted on poorly put together food.

I went to this location on 8/11/2024 asked for two corn dogs freshly fried, drink, a burger no cheese, & tots (spent $19.10).The corn dogs was like they had been sitting there all day, the burger was cold & had cheese on it & the tots was cold & horrible! People spend their hard earned money at these place & get garbage.

Absolutely trash, takes at LEAST 45 minutes to get my food AFTER ordering the couple of times I have came to this location. Stay away from this Sonic. Definitely not worth it. The workers just walk around the inside laughing and goofing around while you wait all day on your food. Not to mention how rude and stuck up they are when you finally get your cold burger.

If I could I’d Give this place a zero!!! I pull to the drive thru, I’m waiting to have my order taken. I noticed a girl playing on her phone outside of the drive thru but assumed she was on break. So I leaned over and said hello and get the little girl that was playing on her phone with nothing but attitude telling me I don’t have to scream at her. NOW KEEP IN MIND IT’S RIGHT OF THE HIGHWAY SO YOU HAVE TO SPEAK UP BECAUSE HOW LOUD TRAFFIC IS RIGHT THERE!!! The the manager was nothing but rude trying to defend her employee. I’m so over this trashy place. 45 minutes to get a order if you can even get them to pick up for you at the drive thru!!
