I came today 12/9 at 1:43pm specifically asked for a kids hot chocolate made with oatmilk. I order this drink many times for my son so I know the price. The cashier tells me it’s almost $5 for the total. I said “$4.19 for a kids hot chocolate?” He says “yeah”… I can see on the cash register is says “tall” for the size. I get it and what do you know it’s a tall … they gave it to me with no cup sleeve and the cup was hot as hell!! I order a kids hit chocolate JUST FOR THE TEMPERATURE REASON for my child! So the fact that he charged me knowing damn well that was not the correct size NOR temperature for a kids is neglectful.. he didn’t ask me if I still wanted whip or take precaution and putting on a Sleeve for the cup. Smh This could EASILY BE A LAWSUIT especially serving hot temps for kids even though I asked multiple times FOR a child.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks. Kelly, (the store manager), sets the tone because the whole team is warm and welcoming the moment you walk in. The store is spotless every time I visit, and the vibe is just really relaxing and positive.
Cindy made my drink today (white chocolate mocha) and it was perfect! She took her time with it and you can tell she pays attention to the little details.
Overall, this location has become one of my favorites. Great staff, clean space, and consistently good drinks. Highly recommend!

On a daily and weekly basis, the team here at Starbucks continue to exceed my expectations. From warm greetings to each team member knowing my name & “my regular” order adds an extra personal touch to my experience. Teammate in particular Kait, not only made my drink to perfection on my last visit, she also offered me to try a new drink while inside store while I was doing work!!! I work across the street and it’s been a year now I have been going to the Starbucks. The team is truly great, the vibe no matter the weather or time is amazing in the building. Everyone speaks, and honestly it’s more about the family vibe and starting my day off correct than the actual coffee (which is amazing every time). Want your day started right? I highly recommend this location, the manager is a leader and you can tell she has amazing young people following her lead.

This has become my favorite SB location! I work from here 3-5 days a week. The staff, from the baristas to the manager (Kelly), are friendly, fun, all around awesome, and get your order/drinks right!! They greet every customer (most by name) as if they know them personally…beyond their order. Great environment for SB to model future locations off of…seriously!

So, Starbucks, you need to fix your staffing problem. Why is there only two people working on a Sunday morning rush?! One barista and one cashier(who was also heating pastries and food). That is unacceptable. The poor barista was so stressed out and the cashier was very overwhelmed that he forgot to put an order in of mine. I was there for 30 minutes. The second barista came until 10am. This is a busy Starbucks and we cannot afford waiting or making the staff stressed either. Put more people on Sunday and Saturday mornings. Fix the staffing problem ASAP!
