This location must be under new management! Horrible experience twice in a row! They only fill my iced coffee half way and added cold foam for the other half. When questioned, the employee rudely replied “we have to leave room for the cold foam”. Damn! Didn’t know that cold foam required that much room! Another Dunkin on my list of locations not to purchase from!

This location is not the most friendly. They burnt my bacon and my plain bagel, and gave me regular cream cheese instead of the the strawberry cream cheese I requested. Then looked at me like they’re annoyed that I came back to request the correct item. Definitely not coming back here. I tried to give them a chance after taking a long break before, but now I’m just not interested in supporting a location with poor customer service and food quality.

Of all my years going to dunkin today is the first time I ordered a Cappuccino blast. Best decision ever if you don’t want something hot. I just did the original but they have oreo an caramel flavors. Busy morning but they did mine pretty quick alongside with a sausageeggancheese on the English muffin. Better than most English muffins I’ve had at other dunkins.

Do Not get your breakfast on the go here. The very 1st time I order I was “offered” cheese with my Avacado toast and they automatically gave it to me with tomatoes. The second time I ordered I got what you see in the 1st picture.
Today (the 3rd time I ordered) they explained there were a few different Avacado toasts in which I ordered the same way as the 1st time I tried it. Avacado toast with tomatoes and ADD cheese. The 2nd pic is what I received. After having had called back and explaining to the manager how my food came he explained there was no protocol on how to add the cheese to an Avacado toast and next time to just mention it so they can make it with it melted. He didn’t even give me the option of bringing it back to make things right. Tried to eat it without the cheese and the toast and tomatoes themselves were also cold.

If I could give NO stars I would. The employee that made my latte today gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. She messed up my drink after going back and forth about how it should be made, she then remade it making it taste worse than the first try. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Have visited multiple times and mostly all of the time they have given bad attitude. The latest visit was the last straw! The person taking our order was so rude and inpatient. Treated us like it was an inconvenience to take out order. I normally don’t write reviews but would like others to know where they spend their money.

I pre-ordered 5 dozen Christmas donuts from this location and the service was amazing! The staff was so helpful and super polite! The donuts were used for a First In Real Estate Inc. holiday event and everyone complemented on how fresh and tasty they were! Thank you guys!
