Sent my husband to pick up our food (while our young children are home sick) and he was accused of “stealing” the pizza that HE PAID FOR while trying to pick up in the pizza portal. Absolutely ridiculous to treat customers as if they were criminals. How would he have had the code to open the portal otherwise? The staff needs to be educated on customer service. This was also after making him wait 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time. Absolutely pathetic.

I’d give a ZERO star rating if I could. We placed our order three hours ahead of time. When we received the text our order was ready we headed inside to pick it up. We were told it would be a few more minutes. This seemed strange but I can understand if they’re busy that they may need a few minutes. After 30 minutes we asked to speak with the manager. The “manager” offered no apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. Instead, when we asked her if there was any accountability, she loudly replied, “We don’t give away free food” and turned her back and walked somewhere in the back of the store. We’d already paid for our order when we placed it. We weren’t asking for free food. We were asking for customer service and a small acknowledgement of their error. The pizzas were for a family get today for our granddaughters first birthday. Because of their lack of service, we were 30+ minutes late. We’ll never go back.

I ordered through the app for pickup through the pizza portal, i sat there for 38 minutes while they made 1 half of my pizza. I watched 3 customers place orders and leave with 6 pizzas before i finally went to ask. They lost the new half they made, no one checked on why I was still there, they couldn’t find it, and I left with ¾ of 1 pizza and the rest of my order cold. I also heard the girl working the register tell someone in the back that she was right them making my order incorrecly, they wouldn’t even double check the order after it was called out for being made wrong. I just wasted nearly an hour of my life at a little caesars.

My pizza was late and when I received it the whole top of it was brown and burnt and the pretzel crust was dried up and shriveled. My daughter took one bite and set it down and walked away. I’m extremely disappointed.

Called in after placing online order for my son he wanted pizza for his bday and instead of the one cheese one pep I wanted beef because we don’t eat pork price is the same weather it’s peps or cheese and she didn’t want to do it after I already called and the guy said he was doing it you can’t say you’re going to do something and then don’t specially for my sons bday what a disappointment poor service this place is a joke and then after she took the pizza to the back I told her to just give me the cheese back with a slice taken from it didn’t realize is until I was in the car when I brought it back in and told her she said nobody took a slice of your pizza calling me a liar told her she can smell our breath we just brushed our teeth and haven’t had anything and said you can’t say check my car the audacity

Will honestly say the pizza are great but the service suckes my husband weant in to pick up a pizza and thay had nothing ready you would think around about 430 pm people get off work thay would have tones of pizza waiting know not this place you got to wait 20 minutes if not more and more people waiting saying to my husband it’s like this all the time even if you call you still got to wait You schouldnt have to wait if u call it in Where I come from if thay got a rush just before 430 pm thay got everything ready to go bread stickes and tons of pizza all kinds know of this 15 or 20 minutes stuff people want to go home enjoy there pizza and kick back with family or whatever not siting a pizza place or inthere cars or trucks thank u I hope that this mangers do something cause offset Le this coworkers aren’t geting it together thank u
