Ordered about an hour and twenty minutes before close. I understand it was late, but not to late to drop fresh chicken nuggets. These were so foul. They were cold, discolored, hard, burnt in some places, and tasted horrible. Literally multicolored
with green, brown, and even grayish. You close at 3:00 am, 1:30 am gives y’all plenty of time to heat some fresh. So disgusting. Not edible. Threw money in the trash on a 10 and 5 piece. The cheesy gordita crunch was disappointing too. My family just wanted to try the nuggets after working all night.

We came in at a “off busy time” and there was only 3 groups of people in the store. It still took them over a half hour to get our food along with everyone else in the store. We all went up and asked about it at the 20 minute mark and asked about the food. They said they are working on it and sorry, but they have some big orders coming through. They never even gave us our cups until we asked. Throughout this whole thing they had about 3 new employees come in and rather then clocking in to help they just hung out in the back. When we finally got our order they were missing items, some of the food cold, some was burnt, and some had only 2 pieces of chicken on it instead of filling it up correctly. When I went back up to ask for the missing item the guy made my burrito with gloves he was wearing when he took money from the person in front of me. So unsanitary. Also, most of the tables were dirty in the building. Everyone was frustrated costumers and employees, but the employees did nothing to compensate. No coupons, no genuine sorrys. I’ve worked fast food and I’ve worked retail and understand things happen, but there is a certain standard and this was not up to it. I’m soooooo disappointed.

My steak was actually burnt into a crunch. I worked at Taco Bell in the past and never seen the steak do that. They must have left it on too long. Disgusted I couldn’t even eat my dinner and now I’m hungry still but grossed out. Also, the regular chicken is horrible. I only want the shredded chicken or the crispy, get rid of that weird chicken it’s not natural.

This is my go-to Taco Bell. Very rarely have made a mistake with my orders and service is generally fast compared to other fast food options.

This Taco Bell is mediocre. The service is understandably slow since they’re hiring, but the food is not so great. Recently, I ordered 3 small nacho fries, and this is how “full” each one was. Disappointed considering it’s expensive. The employees were polite, though.

Made an online order later into the night, drive to pick it up and they tell us they dont have any tortillas so they couldn’t make any food. How do you run a taco bell so poorly that you run out of the 1 ingredient that you need for basically everything. Also if they were out then why was I able to still place the order. Thats silly.

Nacho bell grande. Asked for no sour cream…and there’s barely any cheese. Chicken chipotle ranch burrito. 2 small strips of chicken. Negative service. Only car in line.

So my wife & I had originally placed an order on the app at the SOUTH side store, but when we called to confirm it, the manager seemed very annoyed, rude, and confused, so we cancelled it & drove to the NORTH one. We called to make sure that they were open, and the tone in the employee’s voice was 10x more pleasant & upbeat. When we pulled up to the drive thru, she was extremely sweet and polite. ALSO, in our order, we asked for extra steak on a quesadilla & no chipotle sauce on another. THEY NAILED IT. We got home and everything was on point. Like I could actually tell which quesadilla had extra cheese and steak because of the way it felt, PLUS my cheese rollup was hot and the cheese was melted!!? I quit ordering cheese rollups at the other Taco Bell in town because the tortilla was always cold and the cheese was never melted, but these girls honestly did such a good job, and they actually seemed to care. I know this all may seem too deep for a review about Taco Bell, and it’s not much, but it’s honest, genuine work. Shoutout to Jessica and Rebecca at the northside 751 store for not only doing an amazing job, but for also being so nice while doing so!!! ALSO can we take a second to appreciate this melted cheese??? 10/10

When we arrived there, only one couple was sat and eating their dinner. There were no employees in sight.
You have to use a computer touch screen kiosk to place your order. Then you sit and wait for someone to actually pop out of the woodwork and holler your order number.
We tried the new chicken nuggets out, why not everyone likes nuggies. The nuggets were tiny, burnt, rubbery/super chewy and they didn’t even give us the amount we ordered. We also got some chalupas and nachos. Those were at least edible but, nothing extraordinary or even worthwhile of mentioning.
I would have complained while at this location except, you couldn’t find an employee. We were there almost 45 minutes and only saw 1 employee for a mere 2 seconds.
This is not my idea of a good place to eat.
The only positive thing I can say about this place is that it was quiet and peaceful because no one was there.
