Love this store in particular, but def love this smoothie shop overall- The smoothies and add-ins are delicious and reasonably priced. The food is absolutely yummy and always fresh. They care about the quality of what they put out. Not only that, the tropic rewards are so worth it, they add up quickly and there’s always cool extras. My go-to is the all American wrap and the detox island green smoothie with a fat burner or a collegen add-in!

To celebrate National Smoothie Day properly I found this location that happened to be on my regular route of commute. To my surprise, after long study of the extra large menu on the wall behind the counter, there are a very large variety of smoothie combinations. The young lady behind the counter waiting on me was super patient while I was paralyzed by all the choices before me.
I ended up finally making up my mind with a Blueberry Bliss, with blueberries, strawberries, and banana. It was the perfect mix of my favorite ingredients that had a great flavor and it tasted so healthy. The service was super nice and friendly given all the questions I asked. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe is located walking distance from Smith/Barfield Park, In-N-Out Burger, and QuikTrip. This location also has a great atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it especially if you need a healthy cold drink to cool you down.

Food was delicious purchased a flatbread and an detox smoothie. Went through the drive thru. Both items looked just like the picture which is amazing! Food was fresh, tasty, and hot. I wish I still stayed this way, but I was in the area and decided to stop by, and glad I did! Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you.

Went up there for a smoothie and a acai bowl. Service was great !! the smoothie was okay i got no added sugar which made it taste real light and I actually really appreciate when its just taste like fruit. The reason I give it 3 starts was because although the smoothie was okay and the service was great the acai bowl was really disappointing; the quality was not very good and it was quite tiny for almost $12 . The toppings were good, just the acai itself I don’t recommend maybe their yogurt bowls are better. Overall if you’re looking for something quick and on the healthier side I say go for it but as far as quality i would say look elsewhere.

Love Tropical Smoothie, but not this location. I originally loved it for the convenience—close to work, has a drive-thru, and easy access.
Unfortunately, I’ve stopped coming here due to the lack of consistency. I’ve had multiple wrong orders, unfriendly interactions with staff, and inconsistencies with pricing, promos, and offers. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but all feedback matters—and I hope this helps improve this location.

First timer…I’ll start with the good …the watermelon mojito smoothie was quite delicious the jalapeno corn was good the kale slaw was just okay to me. It was lacking something I don’t know what but it had to much of a salad dressing type of taste to it which I didn’t care for. I got the caribbean jerk chicken wrap. It was okay… too much lettuce too much sauce it left a mess in the bag and some of the pieces of chicken were not edible. Seems that they use some type of chicken with added fillers or something so some peices were kinda hard/chewy. It was weird so I didn’t finish that. I didn’t finish the kale slaw either.

When your Patron comes up to your drive-thru speaker and says” I noticed your sign out front and want to order two of your $5 smoothies” and you say yes, that tells me that I’m giving them for $5. When I got around to the window she gave me the total which was not even close to the advertise press. She then stated that special was only till 10:00 a.m. and since it’s 11:30 I would not get the special price. Your workers need to learn some basic communication skills.
