Hello Travellers. You will find decent food and service but the Route 15 Merritt Parkway southbound travel plaza in Greenwich is busy during peak travel season. Queues for restrooms and parking along access road before 12 noon. It might help if CDOT posted signs farther north on 15 encouraging southbound travellers to stop at the Fairfield or New Canaan plazas. Here, before midday on Sat, the service plaza is overcrowded with long distance travellers. There appears to be sufficient space within the plaza building to enlarge the restrooms – looks like a key bottleneck in the system.

Horrible! Will not go there again! Taking my service somewhere else. I purchased like 6 donuts and they were all wet and five in a paper bag which made a huge mess. No napkins, burnt crossaint and all my beverages were given for me to hold without the tray and when I asked for it the girl said she was the only on there because her coworker went to lunch! At 10am??

Should be able to put a zero star for the mutt this place hired behind the counter. Shame on whoever owns this dump! How can you hire someone who doesn’t want to work, and then if they have to…they are angry and have the biggest attitude???? Avoid like the plague!!!!

I ordered the simple Large Iced coffee with less ice. The cashier couldn’t understand what meant “less ice”after I repeated it six times. Also, charged me an extra one dollar for water and tried to return me with a donut… hello? As a multilingual, I would understand all of the above language issues, but I really can’t understand this coffee that tastes like water, look at the light brown! If you need coffee to refresh, I highly recommend going to the freezer to get the monster. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANNA DRIVE SAFE

Most ridiculous server I’ve ever come across. Refused me more than 3 packs of ketchup for two orders or hash browns and a coffee after I waited patiently for the tall guy to serve two other customers before I popped my request.

Stopped in here at 727am on March 27th. The man behind the counter had a terrible attitude. He was very rude. Not to mention he was playing gangsta rap from him phone while serving customers. He clearly did not want to be at work. Avoid during the hours.

Stopped to grab a coffee, no one there. Lights were on, it was open but no one was there to help. Listen to the 1 star reviews, don’t waste your time stopping here.

Don’t pay cash! The workers will steal your money and instantly distribute it to staff! We lined up at the “cash only” line, which they are not supposed to have, and then after we paid for the food they didn’t even enter them to the computer. Until we waited 15 mins, they just instantly went to make the wrong breakfasts (no proof cus they didn’t give receipt). Right now is 2/25 9:05am.
