Worst Starbucks! I preordered my coffee on the app at 8:43am! I’m here at 9 am and it’s not busy. Yet it’s not ready. This is supposed to be convenient and quick for people. And the workers are nasty. After waiting 14 mins I had to ask what was going on. I’m on my way to work. Then she made my coffee and didn’t put any of the turbo in it after I paid seven dollars for the coffee. Terrible experience will never be back again

i’ve been coming here for years and only recently had any problems, i get a pink drink with light ice. it tastes different every single time i come here, usually i deal with it but it has been happening every time and for a 7$ a drink the least you can do is make it correctly! today i asked the worker to add more coconut milk because it wasn’t made correctly, i also asked since i get less ice with the left over space do you just fill it with either or because it makes the drink taste completely different. she pointed to the lines on the shaker saying we uses these, i re asked my question a different way since she didn’t understand what i meant and was told the same answer. they gave me a cup of coconut milk which was weird because they always just add it to the drink, but as im walking away i hear the worker say excuse me referring to me so i turn around and say just make the drink correctly. she told me i need to learn how to order right, i genuinely wanna know how i could change my order so it’s made right every single time. i took a picture of two different ones from here and let them separate, for hours, so you can tell they’re not the same.

This culture of restaurants and establishments closing before the time that they have stated, is getting out of hand… If a place says the closest at Seven and you go there to order something. The product should be available, even If you get there, 30 minutes before they close!!! As a restaurant, Owner , I understand this and any of my locations I will sit you and still make sure you dine!!! No matter if we are 1minute away from closing

the manager standing around on his phone while three baristas tried to catch up with mobile orders in person orders and drive through orders really showed how little managers at this chain care for their employees. also you can tell they prioritize drive thru and mobile orders over the in person ones (my chai took 15 minutes and several several several cars came through the drive thru in that time). obv not the baristas fault heavy on thr systemic chain issues

Our drinks were made with love at this Starbucks! The lady serving us knew as soon as I mentioned lactose free that I wouldn’t want any whip cream on top. The coffee was hot and the strawberry frappuccino had sooooo much strawberry.

Does not work didn’t give me my order correctly three times in a row now. Only one person in drive thru no online orders (I used to work Starbucks and no stickers) and still a 30 min wait in the drive thru. Disappointed.
