Right off the bat, they stand out with the water that they serve you!!! it was such good water that we had to ask and sure enough it is triple filtered reverse osmosis water (saw the filter with our own eyes lol) that they serve their customers and make their delicious authentic broth with

The Regina pho special is so delicious that my husband and I crave it often and unfortunately we live out of town or else we will eat there weekly if not 2-3 times a week
the regina pho special comes with meatballs, slices of beef, beef brisket and all the delicious collagen packed tendon YUMMY your skin and gut flora will thank you for ordering this bowl of nutrition
I ate it so fast i didnt get to take a pho LOL
i also ordered their BBQ pork chop for later (midnightsnack) consumption, in the photo!!!! Vietnamese know their BBQ!!!! that charcoal-ish, flamegrilled smoky flavor smothering the porkchop…. YUM…such fond memories of my childhood…. ❤️

The staff demonstrated excellent customer service skills, being both friendly and helpful, however the soup broth was only average in terms of flavour, ingredients were basic, and the price seemed slightly high for the portion size, nonetheless the food was good, the restaurant was clean and the service was great.

I’m from Southern California and have been living in New Mexico for the pass 6yrs. Southern Calif. has a huge presence of GREAT Asian cuisine and Regina Pho can stand proud next to ANY of them. Friendly staff, Clean environment and AWESOME food. The server suggested the fried dumplings over the fried wontons and I’m glad he did. BEST I’ve ever had! I just might have to visit again before I leave at the end of the week.

First time ordering here and I was disappointed with the portion size of their dry ribs. It costs $13 for a small order of ribs that barely looks like a full order — it’s like a kids snack size at best (see photo for size of the ribs). Definitely not worth the price, so just be aware of this when you’re ordering the ribs from here!
We tried their pho chicken, which we thought the broth was bland. We also tried their Phnom Penh noodle soup and it was okay, kind of on the salty side. Their Korean ribs are good though… overall experience was mediocre. I was just more disappointed in portion size of the ribs for that price. I could get more ribs at like an Earl’s or Brown’s, and that’s saying a lot lol. Perhaps the restaurant can reconsider their portion size for the ribs….
