The tea was delicious as was the food. I went with a friend and we got Yerba matte, a blooming flower pot of tea, and I got a cold matcha to go. The place itself is super unique and I love it. The vibe is chill and relaxed. No feeling rushed. It’s a wonderful place to catch up with friends. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. If you love tea come check this place out!

Amazing healthy homemade food and staff are very friendly and accommodating to swap ingredients in dishes.
I got the smoked salmon flatbread with hummus which was delicious. The baked falafel wrap and daal were also great and the Salad was fresh. Highly recommend the vegan brownie, it is rich and fudgy with a hint of peppermint.

Funky and bohemian style tea house right in the heart of downtown. There’s a nice comfy seating area by the window so you can watch people pass by below while enjoying your tea and perhaps a good doodling.

Tried their masala Chao today. Was creamy and sweet. Has enough spices.

Lovely spot in the back is set up as a hookah lounge. There’s also rooftop /outdoor seating as well.

This was such a quaint spot to stop into while browsing the Downtown Mall area of Charlottesville! It’s a little hidden and we stumbled upon it by accident, but I believe that adds to the charm of the place. It’s on the top floor so you will need to walk up steps and I didn’t see an elevator for those with mobility concerns. At the top you’re greeted by a Bedouin themed area with both table and chair seating and traditional Bedouin style seating (low tables and cushions for seats). There is also a private seating area in the back with similar Bedouin style seating and a few outdoor table/chair seats.

Although it has varying tea options, there were a decent amount of food options as well. The restaurant is vegetarian with a decent number of vegan options as well. They do also have the option to add salmon to some of their dishes if you prefer meat protein. Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free options are labeled on the menu so no need for guessing. We ordered Blossoming Tea, the Smoked Salmon Sandwich with a side of Dahl, the Coconut Cardamon Cake, and the Vegan Spice Cake. First time trying dahl so for those who also haven’t tried it before, it’s made of lentils so tastes like a grainer porridge. We enjoyed the spice cake but found the Cardamon Teacake a tad dry. The Smoked Salmon Sandwich was wonderful.

As a tea enthusiast this was a great visit, but this is also a must visit if you just want a cool place to take a break or if you want a cozy spot to eat. Will visit again if in town.

Visited on a Monday night after a big dinner. My wife and I ordered 2 pots of tea, but she was dizzy after the big meal. The staff was more than happy to get us a to go cup as we had to leave far sooner than usual. Great service, appreciated!

Love the High Atlas Sage tea!

Loved the ambiance of this place. They had a great variety of different Asian teas with hookah. Definitely a place to hangout and chill. Only drawback is that they close way too early.

I enjoyed the tea, food, and the ambience! I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys tea, wants to learn more about teas, or just want a different atmospheric vibe. I had the masala chai, soup of the day with salad (upgraded to Bazaar salad for an extra $2, totally worth it!) and their almond pavé. Everything was delicious!
