I went in for my normal drink which I’ve gotten at multiple Starbuck locations and it is always full to the rim and my drink was half full with 90 % ice at this location and when asked why it looked different and half full they said that’s how it’s always made and told me to get a latte if I’d like a full drink and offered me more ice for my drink to make it full.. when leaving staff laughed about the situation poor customer service.

Got my usual and asked for extra carmel drizzle around the cup….. well I did get Carmel drizzle but definately not extra. And my whip looked like my drink had been sitting a while. Kinda made me think I got someone else’s drink. Because I ordered mine 2 minutes prior to getting to the store. But look at my pic. I think it should be most bursting out the top. I like my starbucks but this is the second time this location has left me disappointed.

This Starbucks is hands down the best I have EVER been to! They treat their customers so good! They always call me by name. My drink is always perfect! And I always feel like they are genuinely happy to see me. I usually interact with the very early morning shift, who are the absolute best people ever. However, I do go there on afternoons from time to time, and I still get great, and friendly service. I would highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a good morning coffee, an afternoon pick me up, and some great customer service!

I love Starbucks but this store has lost its touch lately. I go through the drive thru and order a venti drip coffee with cream and sweetener. Several times now, they have screwed this up. Sometimes I get sweetener and no cream sometimes it’s just black. Today I ordered this very same drink. Pretty basic. Should be easy. Well, as it is leaking all over me and my white shirt on the way to work, I notice that there is no creamer in it and it is filled to the brim. I called the store and the woman apologized and offered to make me a new one. Who has time to go back for a basic coffee?
