They’re slow, but the people are cool and the food’s good. Also, idk if they’re able to control this, but their sodas are like, really good. They’re like as good as Sonic’s. If someone controls that, promote them.

This BK is home to employees that make the trip feel like a local owned coffee shop in the morning. They always greet me with a smile and send me on my way with hot food and a “Have a nice day!”. I have enjoyed them being a part of my commute to work.

I, unfortunately, did not get her name but the worker at the window on Youree Drive location around 9:45pm was the SWEETEST fast food worker I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was patient with ordering, repeated our order and made recommendations. Her customer service was on point from start to finish and it was a breath a fresh air! I know how rarely the food service industry/workers receive positive feedback, so I wanted to give her the praise she deserves! Food was hot, fresh and correct!

First I had to wait at the drive-thru for 5 minutes at the speaker after he tells me to hold on. I get up to the window and wait another two or three minutes without being acknowledged and then he calls out the wrong order. I left and I will never ever come back. Either take pride in your job or find another one.
