10/10 BEST dunkin I’ve been to. I stopped by today and ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee & a Butter Croissant, wanted to add an order of hashbrowns too late. The drive-thru worker added the order in for me Not to mention the drive-thru moved very fast. The coffee color was great and the ice was an even better touch, and the hasbrowns are super fluffy. Again…10/10

I ordered a cheddar bagel twist (W) – warm and nice and a matcha latte (iced large). I did not appreciate the latter which was more like a watered down milk with one scoop of matcha latte power to change the color rather than a creamy Matcha Latte drink. Because I was in a rush to get to work, my first sip was in the car and it was nothing but disgust. Please do
better and put the correct 4 spoon scoop for the large cup instead of less. If I wanted to drink a glass of milk, I know where to go. Thank you!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The service was beyond unacceptable, and the manager -I believe his name was Azam- was shockingly unprofessional and rude. I placed a simple order, and not only did they get it wrong, but they also completely ignored the food allergy information I clearly provided. This isn’t just bad service — it’s dangerous.
When I tried to bring the mistake to the manager’s attention, Azam was dismissive and acted like it was somehow my fault. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just a bad attitude and zero care for customer safety. I can’t imagine how many other customers have been treated this way without speaking up.
This location has clearly lost my business for good. A place that can’t even handle basic customer service, puts people with allergies at risk, and is run by someone so unprofessional should not be allowed to stay open. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

I order my coffee && the rude b**** tells me I can’t put cold foam on my hot coffee. Yeah okay I always order my HOT coffee at Dunkin with cold foam && never had a problem. So I went to the Dunkin in Roselle Park and Bam they took care of my order with no problem and no questions…..

I usually have no issues here and have always had a good experience but today showed me that maybe they hired a rotten apple. My mother just came back and explained how one particular staff member there made her order wrong but that’s not the issue because mistakes happen and that’s okay. It’s the fact that that member was literally laughing in her face about the order mistake as if it was funny. It’s the attitude and unprofessional behavior that’s the issue. Maybe some training will benefit that particular staff memeber…

This location is my preferred Dunkin and I can’t say I’ve ever left disappointed the 3 years I’ve been coming here. The staff are always friendly and helpful, they always get food and drinks right. Unlike most spots, my drinks here were never 90% ice and I actually get everything I paid for with my food. I respect the consistency and highly recommend this location!
