Nick…not a good guy…your employee at the walk up window didn’t say hi, didn’t say welcome and when I said hi, he wasn’t happy, positive or motivated in any way to help a customer. All he said was, what can I get you? I think I made him frustrated because I didn’t know what the iced coffee was called without the sugar, but I knew I wanted the hazelnut iced coffee with no sugar he said classic… yes sir I don’t want that please can you make it like where there’s no sugar. That because I wasn’t sure about the hazelnut (I don’t drink there all the time) I thought the hazelnut had the cream in it, I didn’t know I had to ask for it. He held up the scanner so I could do my Apple Pay and he says I need you to fill in the tip first. I was like oh sorry it required that I put a tip amount and so that’s what I did. He began making my coffee. When the coffee came to me, it was iced coffee, but black…Embarrassed, I smiled and said I’m sorry, Is there any way you could put cream in there for me I thought that’s what the Hazelnut was. Then he was staring at me and you can tell he was angry. He mumbled something under his breathe. I said, I’m sorry what was that and he said next time tell us. I said I’m sorry I don’t usually order from here, I don’t have a problem paying for it. I said you don’t have to catch an attitude with me man. I said what’s your name? He wouldn’t tell me and shut the window in my face. I didn’t realize he had it in his apron. I don’t know why you’re acting that way with me man. It’s not like I could not afford to pay for the cream. I gave him a tip and then I felt stupid for doing so because of the way he talked to me. After reading the reviews. I’ve realized that I’m not the only one I guess. Please, if somebody could talk to Nick and his manager and let him know you shouldn’t treat a nice customer that way. Maybe the people business is not for Nick. Maybe he needs to do something different…that may be better for the other Customers.
