We ordered on the app, we requested no salt on fries. When we picked up, somehow the system showed ” Light Salt” on fries. We asked the restaurant staff, they didn’t know why it happened, but they still re-made fries no salt, freshly fried fries for us.
We will go to the restaurant to order directly, will not use the app again.

Went in to the Carl Juniors in Santa Clara today and had one of the BEST Burgers I have had in a long time ! The nice gentleman who was behind the counter “Raul” Made my visit Even more Enjoyable . They should put his picture next to the Definition of Customer Service . I look forward to going back soon.

Always enjoy coming here for breakfast or lunch time. It’s next door to Home Depot and ideal for contractors etc needing a quick stop.

The employees just ignore me. I waited patiently for 5 minutes knowing the lady in the back saw me. After 5 minutes I saw loudly “hello” and the lady who has been looking at me the whole time then calls the other employee over to take me order. This happens every time I come here at 6am

So I go to Carl’s Jr all over the place. This place the food was the same. I like it. The service was a little odd I had to repeat my order several times for the person to understand what I wanted. And lastly though, the one that got me is the bathroom is just filthy. It’s probably the easiest thing that they could do is keep a bathroom clean. But you could see that not only was it dirty from recent use and customer abuse. But it also hadn’t been sanitized probably weeks maybe months The urinal was just grimy like at a poorly run down gas station.
But that said the new loaded fries were wonderful. I highly recommend them.
