Young people work hard here so they get a 5. The blizzards here leave alot to be desired. I got mine lightly stirred(they always over stir) and there still was the smallest pieces. It is so different from what I get elsewhere. The Beverly one is first picture, elsewhere is the second picture. Much better and worth the money elsewhere. I kept eating thinking it would get better, but did not. It was the same from top to bottom. Hardly any Reese’s and what was there was very tiny .

PRICE GOUGING! They shrunk the cups so the mini is now the size of a bathroom dixi cup. They no longer fill the cup all the way up.
If you’re going to raise your prices, leave the cups the same size.
If you’re going to shrink your cups, lower your prices.
It’s ridiculous and complete greed. The price for the amount your getting is unfair and doesn’t match up.

The staff are kind and cool under pressure. I do think this location would benefit from having more people working each shift. The line is nearly always backed up and there is only so much these people can do to keep things moving.

I do really enjoy Dairy Queen. However, the staff does not know how to make change!! My total was 10.78 ..I thought she said 10 28 so I gave her 20 30…when I realized it was 78 and not 28..I gave her 50 more cents ..she gave me $9.02 change…I said you owe me $1 she looked confused and called someone else over..who was as oblivious as she was…I said it was fine..consider that your tip…learn math!!

Overall a good place to be, but the workers take ages to make something, and every day the lines are 500 years long, I waited 3 hours just to get a small cone, if they made it a little bigger over the winter, or got more workers to get orders done quicker it would be way better, please improve.
