Food was good! But: This general manager here named Elizabeth has had a lot of complaints as of late. Saw this guy upset about not getting a free refill when we can after a purchase. She told him “No, You Pay”. People of the community are NOT a fan of her; also I found his video on Twitter. New management needed.

Last night’s experience at this Burger King was absolutely horrendous. Our food was cold — including the fries, jalapeño poppers, and burger (which was only lukewarm). When we politely asked for hot fries, the manager spoke to the employee with a nasty attitude right in front of us and told her to tell us to pull forward. Seeing how disrespectfully he treated his own staff made us uncomfortable, so we decided to ask for a refund instead.

The manager refused to give us our money back and insisted he would only replace the fries, which we declined. Despite the food being cold and the service being unacceptable, he still refused a refund. I was forced to go inside and threaten to call the police just to get my money back.

The entire experience was disgusting, disrespectful, distasteful, and completely unacceptable. Customer service was terrible, the food quality was awful, and the way the manager spoke to both employees and customers was shocking. Why be a manager if you don’t know how to treat people?

This manager should not be in a leadership position. I will never return to this location again.

Went there for a sandwich for lunch. Asked for a whopper o onion add cheese. 1st time, got the new pumpkin bread. I said I wanted what I ordered. Then on the 2nd time, I got a whopper with cheese with onions. Had to go back and and have them make a new one without onion. Low and behold, the sandwich was correct. But I paid for a meal I believe. Wow. Bad experience.

There is this sweet young lady at night her name is Chizaram on her tag she’s a so jovial and sweet. When I didn’t get my food she made sure she re- made it and apologized. Overall the service was better than last time. Burger King is improving

The food was alright, although I told her no tomatoes and onions they still so happen to be on the burger. The customer service wasn’t so great….. Immediately when I heard this young lady voice in the drive thru it was very negative. I go to the window and she didn’t say not one word to me but handed me the key pad to pay. Which is fine, but when I said thank you and she didn’t say anything back I was starting to get irritated. She was just handing my food with such a nasty attitude and overly aggressive. Like yeah I get it, it’s after 12am and you probably wanna be home but her demeanor was so nasty which makes me never wanna go here again. She messed up my order by not giving me fries after she asked me what size meal I wanted and then she proceeded to say “I only added you for a drink” like okay ?? How I get the drink with no fries and she tried to charge me for a fry. I specifically told her no onions or tomatoes and it has all of those. I would not be going here again and I suggest you hire people with better customer service because that’s not it. MIND YOU this not the first time I came here and some girl at the window have nasty attitudes.

Tried to order several times in the drive thru. Workers inside were laughing and ignoring orders. Painful to deal with when your tired and just trying to get a quick meal for your kids after a long day. We ended up just driving away and going to Mcdonalds. We will avoid this location moving forward.

I don’t eat out fast food all that often when I do it’s Chick-fil-A because the food is always good. The service is always impeccable. I thought I would give Burger King a try today after years of not going in. Today I remember why I don’t go there I went through the drive-through Ordered two cheeseburgers fries coke ! The two cheeseburgers were absolutely horrible, ice, cold, and hard as a brick. The buns were almost unbreakable. Though I can’t remember in my lifetime and I am 64 years old ever sending food back if I had not been in the drive-through I would have taken it back

I went there to get a Kids meal with my 7year old. Even she could see that the male attendant was rude and gave horrible service, lacked patience and was seemingly distracted. I didn’t end up making the order because he passed the headset to someone else. Spoke to an older lady at the window who was nice and apologized on his behalf. Sad when you get frustrated taking a sponge BoB kids meal order. I hope management see this. Disappointing…

My family and I had the worst experience EVER at this location! We decided to eat in and entered the restaurant to find the employees hanging out in the dining area, talking loudly and using inappropriate language. For some strange reason, the young man who took our food order kept removing our drink cups from the dispenser and putting his fingers INSIDE them before handing them to us. Gross!!

When the line behind us grew longer, the other employees hanging out in the dining area and refused to get behind the counter to take orders. The employees began yelling and cussing loudly at each other, mad that they had to actually do some work. My husband had to tell the employees multiple times to watch their language because there were children present (we had our 9-year-old daughter with us). We were so disgusted by the employees’ unprofessional and inappropriate behavior that we walked out of the restaurant mid-order. Whoever owns this location needs to hire better staff!! I will never go back to this place.
