Two different times I went for breakfast through the drive thru both times ordered a number 8-sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on English muffin no cheese along and a couple sausage breakfast burritos. Each time the breakfast sandwich was wrong and some weird red stuff on one of the burritos. Second time I went the sandwich was missing so I went inside and it was still wrong. Didn’t think to check since I went inside to get it fixed. First time missing the sausage, second time missing the egg and bacon was added. I’m done with Wendy’s breakfast!

Clean. Customer service good. Dine in or take out. Have the kiosk to place your order or place your order at the register on the inside. Drive through available. Plenty of parking. Delivery services will have to go inside to pick up.

Food was old and dry. You could tell it had been under a heat lamp for a while. Employees didn’t seem to care. Got the feeling I was bothering them just by walking in and ordering food. But the dining area was clean! The young man in training was the only one that was polite and he was also the one constantly checking on and cleaning the dining area.

Very disappointed. I frequent this Wendy’s because the food is usually way fresher tasting than the nasty one next to Mall of GA. The chili and fries were good. However the Dave’s single was a disappointment. As you can see from the photos is was super flattened out and looked gross. I ended up trashing it because I’ve never seen a patty look like that. It looked like someone flattened it with their shoe or something and was super thin. Not at all the quality it usually is.

I have not had food so bad I came after work around 10:40 pm looking for a quick bite we ordered 3 chicken sandwiches all hard and the meat smells like how is this edible ???? The fries are beyond salty and they never gave me a receipt. I wouldn’t be surprised if I got food poisoning. You can see the whole bottle of salt they used on these fries. I need a refund or new food and before someone asks for a receipt maybe leave it in the bag I paid $31 for food you can’t even feed a dog!! This is a disgrace.

After multiple times of the Wendy’s being terrible, I decided to try it one more time tonight. I walked in and immediately saw a cashier that looked like he had no idea what he was doing. I ordered on the kiosk, and it took 20 minutes for my food to be ready even though there were only two other people waiting for food and the restaurant was empty. A man that looked like he could be the manager was not helping the situation, he was reading items off the screen one by one for the cashier to get. This took extra time because instead of saying something like, “go get two fries,” he would say “go get one fry” and when the casher got the fry, he would then direct him to go get another fry. The burger was hastily slapped together (I don’t know why – they had 20 minutes…) and a mess with only one piece of bacon. Before this experience, they have been very aggressive, been rude, and they have thrown my food into the bag so it was all mixed together (the burger fell apart and mixed with the fries and nuggets because they threw those in too). Overall a negative experience, I would recommend going to the Burger King, Zaxby’s or McDonald’s nearby. I know Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy’s, would be disappointed if he saw this kind of service.

A few weeks ago my Pops and I dropped in for lunch. We pulled on the door and it was locked. Went back to the truck and another person went up to the door and it opened.. I can see if it was close to its opening hours but it was after 12p. Ok, maybe they forgot right? So we walk in and and asked were they open -the manager (Hispanic female) says I don’t know what you’re talking about”. Ok, we brushed it off and we visited the restaurant again a few days ago. No soap (how are they washing their hands) and no sanitizer. I walk out of the restroom and asked the manager which was the same female as before and she said sarcastically that she don’t have no soap. I asked how about some sanitizer? She said no.
I look going out the side door in front of the register and there was a sanitizer station hanging as you exit.
Companies hire people that are not equipped to be hospitable or facilitate. I understand times are hard but why would anyone continue to visit your restaurant with rude, unprofessional employees? The place was a mess. Napkins and paper everywhere. Tables were dirty and the station where the straws and tops to the cups were filthy.

Cool spot to grab a quick meal. There wasn’t any soap in the men’s bathroom. It’s definitely a concern because how are the male staff maintaining proper sanitary practice? Great customer service, the young man at the register was very patient with my daughter, who’s working out some shyness.
