I made an online order at 2pm and they finished it 30 minutes after my pick up time at 6p. Second, this is not what I was pictured on the menu item. I received slop. I ordered 10 of these and instead of all of their toppings placed on top of each one according to their plate, they gave me a large container of pickles, mixed with jalapeños and onions for all the plate orders and one large sauce container instead of dressing each one. On top of that, they gave me zero utensils or napkins. This was not what was advertised.
Yeah, never ordering from Dickey’s again. Do better Dickeys or just close shop.

Absolute worst experience ever. $25 for a plate of food and it was inedible. I was in about 2pm on Jan 15. Lady behind the counter was polite but the guy cutting meat was busy when I walked in and I had to wait. The chicken and brisket was dry. The Mac and cheese was dry on top and mush underneath. I won’t be back.

Overall it was delicious. I ordered broccoli – it was a bit dry, my friend ordered chicken – it was a bit dry. They pour a lot of sauce on the meat – beef. The interior is interesting, old with history. I’ll be nervous about coming back here a second time – if I’m really hungry. You can order food for delivery, you won’t go hungry.

I ordered catering for 19 people through EZCater. I’ve placed catering orders regularly for the past 3–4 years and have never had an issue—these orders are usually carefully prepared and double-checked.
Unfortunately, the BBQ sauce that is supposed to come with the catering order was missing. I called the restaurant to resolve it, but the experience was frustrating. The person who answered the phone didn’t seem familiar with the catering menu or how catering orders work. He repeatedly asked how much sauce I needed (medium, large, etc.), when all I was requesting was the standard BBQ sauce included with the order. I called to resolve the issue, not provide solution to the restaurant.
As the customer, I shouldn’t have to estimate quantities for a catering order that the restaurant already defines. The lack of menu knowledge and inability to assist made the situation unnecessarily difficult. My whole team need to wait another 30 minute to get served and need to pick up by ourselves. I paid $25 on delivery.
It feels like there may be new management, but whoever is handling catering calls really needs better training. This was disappointing, especially given how straightforward the issue was.

This location clearly does not value its customers. I called on Monday to confirm the Monday rib special. The employee told me the special was on Tuesday. I specifically asked him to double-check, and he failed to do so.
When I called back on Tuesday, the woman who answered was dismissive and unhelpful, stating, “We can’t help you” and “There’s nothing we can do.” No apology, no effort to resolve the issue, and no customer service whatsoever. At the very least, I expected a solution, a discount, or some acknowledgment of the mistake.
Errors happen, but the way this was handled is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and courtesy is shocking. This was going to be part of our Christmas dinner. We enjoy the food here but What a terrible way to treat a customer during the holidays.

This location recently closed and then re-opened. I stopped in for lunch at noon and was the only customer in the restaurant, which should have been a red flag. The barbecue was dry, and the sides both looked and tasted like they were leftovers from the day before. There were no full-size yellow cups available, and the soda fountain was empty. When I mentioned the soda machine to the cashier, I was told it had been that way for weeks. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would avoid this location.

Ordered Take out for lunch (Baked Potato with meat). Started eating and there was this piece of plastic in my food!!!! Not to mention, the lemonade that I ordered was completely watered down!!! I definitely WILL NOT be eating here again! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
