It was 8:00 tonight and they didn’t have chicken and said it will be 30 minutes because the fryer has to heat up i went to POPEYES. This night crew doing the same thing the last ones was doing don’t waste your time with that kfc after the night crew starts. If I COULD they would not get one star at all

Ordered 4 piece original chicken with mashed potatoes. The chicken very dried out and to tough to eat. The mashed potatoes was very runny like they wasn’t mixed enough. I want to say the soda hit but that would be a lie. It was lacking flavor missing syrup flavor. SMH…… Do better.

We ordered the classic chicken bowls, and the chicken inside was so over cooked and dried, it was unedible. They were disgusting. The restaurant was empty, so there is no excuse to serve old food to customers. I thought this restaurant made these bowls to order, not in the morning and leave them set out all day.

Food was cold, dining room is suppose to be open till 9pm they closed at 8:20pm they close at 10:30pm or suppose to, my chicken sandwich was two tenders instead, and both orders of the Dave’s hot honey tenders had no honey!!!!! The female manager at this establishment is incredibly rude. I have never been in an business where management tells their employees that “apologizing too much isn’t good for the business.”
Ma’am, YOU need to be the one apologizing. The reason your cashier kept apologizing to me was because you kept butting in and making the situation worse. All he wanted to do, was apologize for the longer wait.
She never made a point to apologize herself, just kept hounding her cashier who was actually doing a better job at management than she was. All the manager did for me was ask “lemon or chocolate?”
Oh, a free cake totally makes up for the unprofessionalism I just experienced!!!
Won’t be coming back here.

The chicken pieces were awful; three of them were so small they looked like they were pulled from a pigeon and then breaded. I wonder if this is what chicken pieces are like all the time. I’m really disappointed, since I like eating at KFC, and for this reason, I’ll stop eating there

Extremely rude staff, the older lady working the drive thru the evening of August 13th gave me a ton of attitude when I asked for a new drink because the Dr. Pepper had run out of syrup. I had to pick a different drink cause she didn’t want to change the syrup. She also didn’t accurately listen to my order and gave me mashed potatoes with gravy instead of without, and didn’t give me the side of corn I asked for. I also didn’t receive my receipt so I can’t put all of this in a survey to the actual company.

Went to this KFC for lunch. I asked for two number ones added coleslaw. The gentleman taking the order would not listen long enough to let me get a word in edgewise and then charged me $23.00 for two number one meals that is normally $16.00 I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he kept telling me he was one of them but I want to speak to the (store manager). I will definitely call back tomorrow, but I would not recommend this KFC to anyone, especially if they’re going to rip you off and charge you $7 for coleslaw. That is the same size of the mashed potatoes and gravy that is in the box that is supposed to be $8 each after rounding up and making the donation. Beware and it is very pricey if this be the case. Looking forward to speaking to the store manager.
