The food! Was delicious I had Mongolian beef medium heat and it was lovely. I had two egg rolls and some crab Rangoon, they were crispy and delicious . . . I spent $40 bucks and had a $24 tip in hand for the driver until he scared the shit out of my dog and yelled at me. He was about 15 minutes early and it took him 2 minutes to find me so he called multiple times and disturbed the whole hallway. What actually happened was he arrived early at the same time I went to return the luggage dolly. . . When I came upstairs he had already threw a fit and went back downstairs. When I went downstairs he then yelled at me and said what you didn’t hear me? I came back upstairs and my dog was shaking in her kennel.

This is the best Chinese food in Cedar Rapids . The food is always delicious with huge portions and the staff are always so friendly and wanting to make sure everything is correct and I’m sure the people that have had issues weren’t ordering correctly ( they have a menu for you to circle what you want so the language barrier doesn’t get in the way to much). One time I had ordered food when I was maybe 10 minutes away from my house and by the time I had got there the driver was there already! 10/10 all around. I highly highly recommend it

This place was amazing and it isn’t the first time I’ve gone. The food was ready extremely fast and it’s the best Chinese food I’ve eaten every time. The people who serve you are always nice and want to help.

The food was on point, as usual. I have eaten at China King literally over 30-40 times, easy. They are my go-to when it comes to Chinese food in Cedar Rapids and always delicious. They got 4 stars for service and atmosphere simply because of the language barrier, and I know that is important to a lot of people, but don’t let that put you off. If you order in store or on the phone, have patience with whomever you’re speaking, they have just as hard a time understanding you, as you do them, and the food is well worth the “hassle”, I promise. Always made fresh, and with the best ingredients. You’re not getting some 4 hour old Beef W/ Broccoli that has been sitting in a food warmer. Your order is made fresh when you put it in and, from me to you, you won’t be disappointed!

Pretty good food for a fast and inexpensive meal. I got the Kung Pow chicken lunch special today and have no complaints. The best part of the meal is definitely the rangoons that come with it but the rest is always pretty good. The staff is friendly and the food always comes out fast. I wouldn’t take a date here but it makes for a pretty good lunch if you want to be fast and cheap!

We ordered for our office. Put the order in the day before since it was a large group. Actually this is the 2nd time we have ordered from there and we’re surprised both times with a bunch of free stuff. Crab Rangoon, these cinnamon fried dough things and some cans of pop. Thank you China King! My husband and I order a lot from there and now my office will too!Food is always fresh, hot and taste great! Thank you!
