The coffee was like water! My husband even got a flavor on a whim—peppermint mocha—and we couldn’t tell the difference between our two lousy coffees. I’ve tried to stop going to DD because I’d rather support local businesses, so this was a great reminder for why I shld stick with that. They were really so awful and given the huge increase in prices I will not be going to DD anytime soon

Whoever took my order in the drive-through was awful. My drink was put in wrong and when I tried to correct it, I was spoken to like I was stupid. I then ordered my food which was also put down wrong. When I got to the window, the same woman that took my order rolled her eyes and shook her head at me, after getting my entire order wrong, how ironic. The girl handing the food out the window was the only pleasant person in this whole transaction. Worst Dunkin I have EVER been to.

I ordered 1 coffee. Pulled around to the window and then waited 15 mins for that coffee. FOUR zombified employees including a manager creeped by the window without saying a word or even making eye contact. Finally a young girl came to the window with tears and mascara running down her face and served me my coffee. The owner needs to throw the entire crew away. A group of overtired toddlers could run this establishment better. Oh and the coffee SUCKED

Went at 6:30 am on our way home from vacation and I just had to leave a review! The older lady at the register did the dang thing! Along with the rest of the staff, a huge drive through order came through along with our five drinks and food and donuts. Beautiful team work and it was silent, they all knew what to do and how to get it done! The coffee I got was the bestest I’ve had from Dunkin, the older lady at the front made it and she was just so sweet.

We came to this dunkin looking to get a bell not toasted with extra cream cheese. When we got the bagel, there was virtually none. No big deal, they’re just things happen. We went back in to have it fixed, and was very rudely told “I put extra cream cheese on there”. The gentleman making food proceeded to argue rather than even just giving us a side of cream cheese to fix it ourselves. The lady working front counter was wonderful, and did her best to diffuse the situation!

i had a prior review from a year ago about how bad this location was- and they have done a full 180 since then! the staff make my day every morning, and they have not messed up my order once in the many months i have now been frequenting this location. the older gentleman that works there is such a joy, and the entire staff has an electric energy whenever you’re there. ive never seen a better team!

To rushed , don’t listen to what you say when it comes to orders , you have to say it 3 times and sound annoyed just for the workers to get your order right , I guess we have to start asking for straws when you get an iced drink bc the guy in the window just rushes me so I could leave thier drive through to make the timer on time , not organized at all , only one lady at the store makes it organized and makes sure she gets your order right , I’m about to swap to a different Dunkin and drive the extra 15 minutes to work so I don’t have to deal with these issues daily in the morning
