We ordered this pizza for the first time, after our kids ordered a cpl days previous and loved it. Our experience from a taste and quality perspective was not as rewarding. Our pizza was 2 to 3 minutes overdone. Dry crust and not soft inside. The flavors on top were great, and tasted good. But the add on dry crust, brought down the overall first try satisfaction. Not a bad place and I am going to think ours was a one-off because most love the quality. OCEAN PARK, still the best for us. But maybe in future we will try again. We will see.

Picked up three pizzas from Bucky’s last week. Took a little long to make, but they were pretty good wheels. We ordered the “cheeseburger” pizza, the rustic Italian, and a straight cheese (the standard test for a good pizza). All were fairly good. It’s not a place you’re going to sit in and take a date, but for a quick slice or wheel, it’s an above average spot in South Surrey. I’d go back.

I ordered a medium pizza, which was good. However, upon pickup, I discovered they had a Monday special: Large for the price of a Medium. This was never mentioned when I placed the order over the phone.
When I pointed out this clear oversight and politely asked for the complimentary upgrade, the response was simply to “order next time on Monday.”
This lack of willingness to resolve the situation after a clear service oversight is unacceptable. A good promotion means nothing if the staff fails to communicate it.
I won’t be ordering from here again.

First time ordering from Buckys and I have lived in the area 10 plus years. Honestly I do not know what the hell i was thinking the past 10 years ordering pizza. This place was great and will be the only place we will be ordering pizza from moving forward.

I was pleased. This was my first time ordering from this place. I got their Rustic Italian. The dough was crispy outside and soft inside. The toppings were of good quality (well balanced mozzarella taste for example), the tomato sauce tasted homemade, and everything was baked to perfection. I’m glad I found this place, because Surrey is not an easy place to find good pizza. I hope their business keep going well and strong.
